Wonderful stay in an absolutley outstanding villa!

We stayed in this beautyful villa and I have to say it was perfect! The ambient , the design, the comfort and also the host was perfect, it was like a dream! I would highly recommend this place and we would love to come back again to stay and relax in this awesome place! Thank you so much for everything!

Unbelievable stay

What a truly magical place! This villa is one of a kind. Mica is an outstanding host who helped with everythig including reccomendations, menus, scooter hire, taxi bookings, pick up from the pier, food and beverage on arrival, amazing staff who clean the villa and who could forget Mica being on call to help with anything we needed. The villa itself is simply stunning. The rooms are sensational nice and spacious and all with ensuites. The common area is amazing including a beautiful kitchen with all the bells and whistles and who could forget the magnificent pool in the centre of the villa tying everything together. This is a place I would highly recommend and definitely stay at again. Thanks for everything Mica.

Perfect and absolutely amazing - like last year ;-)

My family and I are meeting up once a year to spend Easter together as we all live at different places around the globe. This kids friendly Villa is the perfect match for us, so we decided to try it in 2016 and returned 2017 again! The location is great as it is super quiet but safe and close to the beaches and restaurants (our favourite was 'Bite Delight', a Portuguese Tapas Restaurant). Not to mention the stunning pool;-) On top of that, the owner Mica and his staff fulfilled us everything we needed during our stay, even when he is not in the country ;-) He is super reliable, friendly and responds very quickly. You can have massages inside the Villa and a taxi driver who speaks perfect English and picks you up in front of the premises (for grocery shopping or trips etc). All in all, we enjoyed it so much and hope to be back next year;-) Thank you Mica, Adee and Paow!!

A beautiful luxury oasis!

OMG words can not describe this beautiful place. It is an oasis which gives you a sense of luxury and calming feeling as soon as you enter. It is surrounded by coconut palms where ever you look. I was blessed to have found this place to celebrate my birthday with my beautiful friends, Mica is host with the most! Nothing is a problem and he makes you feel so welcome. We had the privilege of Sea ( Micas partner) to cook for us authentic Thai cuisine on my special day. We will definitely back very very soon. We all take so many beautiful memories with us. Thank you so much Mica and Sea :} See you soon.

Oasis in a tropical jungle

The stay was fabulous. Our host was so attentive and generous with offering rides and making sure we had a perfect stay. We also booked massages which were done on site. Couldn't have asked for a better spot to explore the island and attend the Full Moon Party. Thanks!

Absolutely incredible Villa with private pool!

We are in a group of 10 all the way to Koh Phangan for the famous Half-moon festival. Mica welcome us with his Ford ranger at the pier when we arrived in the evening, friendly, cool, and absolutely helpful guy from french. He know what his guest need and he tried his best to get it for them. He introduce us to few local nice food stalls, guide us on the way to tour the island.. Not to forget his excellent villa which is well managed and kept clean all the time. the pool water was pristine when we arrived, bed rooms are all in the best condition. We had wonderful experience and time there, although this place is slightly far from town and not well known among taxi drivers, still the surrounding and the villa it self gave us ultimate private time spend with our friends. Well, for whoever who looking at this villa, just book it and go for it, trust me, u will have no regret picking this best villa in koh phangan.. Chao~~

Great private resort

This Place is a kind of little private resort in paradise. The nature around is breath taking, relaxing here is guaranteed!!! The pool is surrounded by 5 awesome bungalows which can accommodate 10 people, perfect if traveling with a group. If you are more than 10 people you can also rent a second house which can be connected, it has also a separate pool. The great location and the friendly stuff completes perfection... You gotta check it out guys, you won't regret it!!!

The stunning Baan Ya Kha tropical villa is set in Koh Phangan, an island in southeast Thailand, well-known for its monthly Full Moon Party. Situated about 150 meters from the beach, the villa provides convenient access to the tranquil Sri Thanu and Thongsala villages. A stay in the villa puts you close to the night-long celebrations of the full moon party. Those looking for some peace and quiet can head to the nearby white-sand beaches, Hat Khuat and Hat Thian.

* A refundable security/damage deposit of THB 20,000 will be due on arrival and refunded at departure following a brief inspection of the property
* Transfer from Koh Phangan pier to the villa

Cancellation Policy

The following cancellation charges will be applicable depending on when the notification of the cancellation is received in writing:

30 days or more before arrival date:
* Deposit forfeited - but credited for 9 months from the date of the cancellation confirmation by the management company. The credit can be used by the client or anyone on their behalf for a reservation for the same villa and during any period.

Within 30 days of arrival date:
* All rental payments are forfeited.
* The above cancellation charges also apply if the management company cancels the booking due to non-payment of the balance. If the dates of the booking require to be changed or amended, this may be treated as a cancellation of the original booking and cancellation charges may apply.
* Any change to the original reservation is subject to the approval of the management company.
* Early departure penalty will be subject to negotiation with the management company.

Tropical 5 bedroom villa on Koh Pangan

A stay in Baan Ya Kha villa allows you maximum comfort and relaxation while providing convenient access to the best of Koh Phangan’s attractions, restaurants, cafes and nightlife. With five bedrooms, spacious living areas, and a free form indoor-outdoor pool, the villa can comfortably accommodate ten people. Vacationers can also rent the neighbouring Baan Yai villa to accommodate ten more people for weddings, events and other gatherings. The villa enjoys daily housekeeping and is secured with strategically-placed CCTV cameras.

Bedrooms
The five air-conditioned bedrooms of Baan Ya Kha villa are spread across three standalone bungalows decorated in earthy hues of browns and cream. The first bungalow houses two bedrooms, both with king beds and a bathroom with toilet and shower recess. The second bungalow features a bathroom and two bedrooms – one with king-sized bed and the other with twin singles. The third bungalow contains a bedroom with king bed and private ensuite.

The living areas
The living areas at Baan Ya Kha villa are set around the swimming pool. The living area is scene to all social gatherings and boasts an open-air concept and open layout. The room extends into a well-equipped open kitchen and a breakfast bar. The kitchen further extends out to a dining area furnished with a dining bench. Outdoors, the main highlight is the generous indoor-outdoor swimming pool equipped with pool benches. It also has a shallow wading area for children. Nearby is a thatched roof pavilion furnished with recliners and a hammock to enjoy sundowners and watch the sun set into the distant horizon.
