Located in Taling Ngam /Lipa Noi, Quartz House boasts a mountain top setting, overlooking coastal southwest Samui, and the famous five islands. Nestled within private garden spaces, the villa is within easy distance of some of the most secluded beaches in Koh Samui and their world-class restaurants and beach bars. Samui airport is within 28 km from the accommodation. There is also a snake farm and the best of Samui’s attractions including Nikki beach within the vicinity.

* 5 nights minimum stay for either Christmas or New Year. A booking overlapping Christmas and New Year requires 10 nights

Cancellation Policy
* For Low and High Seasons, all payment (s) received will be credited or 9 month from the cancellation date.
* For Prime Seasons and Christmas/New Year and if the booking is cancelled after the deposit and/or balance payment date, all payment(s) received will be forfeited or refunded in pro-rata shall another booking be secured for the same period which has been cancelled.
* Early departure, whether on arrival or later during the dates of stay, will be considered as a cancellation and all funds will be forfeited
Payment Terms
- Low + High + Prime Seasons: 30% on confirmation date with balance due 30 days prior to arrival
- Christmas/New Year: 50% on confirmation date with balance due 30 days prior to arrival
- For booking within 30 days of arrival, full payment due upon confirmation

* Payments may be made by Telegraphic Transfer to our company bank account or through an online payment gateway with your credit card (visa, master card or Amex).
* If payment by credit card this will incur a 2.9% admin fee. For international bank transfers an admin fee of USD25 per transaction.

Bedrooms:
Quartz House has five double bedrooms featuring en-suite bathrooms, private balconies and luxury beddings and toiletries. One of the bedrooms is a purpose-designed children’s retreat with four bunk beds, sofas and a king-sized bed. Over-sized terraces connect each of the rooms with ease. All bedrooms are positioned to allow guests panoramic sea views from the privacy of their own space.
Living areas:
Developed with luxury holiday in mind, guests will find plenty of living spaces, both indoors and outdoors, to rejuvenate, relax and socialise. The second floor houses a huge indoor lounge and dining area and adjoining breakfast kitchen. A 49 inch smart TV with high speed internet, satellite TV, and surround sounds allows the family to relax watching movies. The first floor also has spacious covered terraces to take in the ocean views. Outdoors, the main attractions are a huge covered sala, pool deck, and Jacuzzi. Breathtaking sea views to rejuvenate the soul are seen from all elevations, rooms and garden areas of the accommodation.
