Villa Oriole is located within the private Lakewood Hills Estate in Layan on the exclusive west coast of Phuket. Situated near Bang Tao beach and overlooking the hills of Laguna Valley, the villa is about 20 minutes away from the airport. Layan Beach is a 3 minute drive and the Laguna area, with its many shops and restaurants is a 5 minute drive. The Laguna Golf Club is also close by. The villa also provides convenient access to beach clubs like Dream beach club and Nikki, where you can spend the evenings and take in the mesmerizing sunsets.

*Private cook - THB1.600.00 for up to 6 guests, THB1,800.00 for up to 10 guests and THB2,000.00 for over 10 guests - per meal plus ingredients at extra cost.
*1 x fold up bed and 2 blow up mattresses available at USD 35 per person per night.
*USD1,500.00 security deposit payable in cash on arrival in own currency.
Cancellation Policy
*Within 45 days of the arrival date forfeits the full amount paid.
*If the residual amount is not paid by the due date OR In the event of a cancelled booking by the Client, (for the whole time or any part thereof ) the deposit and any subsequent amount is not refundable unless the property is rebooked for the entire period.
Payment Terms
*To book the villa we require a 50% deposit and the balance is due 4 weeks before arrival.
*The Security Deposit is 25% of the total rental cost or 1800 USD whichever is the greater. This can be paid on arrival in cash and will be returned to you before departure once the villa has been checked.

Bedrooms
Villa Oriole houses six, well-furnished, and air-conditioned bedrooms of which five are king- and queen-bedded master suites. The fourth bedroom is ideal for children as it is furnished with single beds and bunk beds. All bedrooms are fitted with flat-screen TVs and have large windows overlooking splendid flora. The en-suite bathrooms are fitted with soaking bathtubs and/or shower areas.
Living areas
The living area of villa Oriole provides abundant spaces to guests to make the most of their time, resting or socializing. The living room is equipped with TV and overlooks beautiful views. Adjoined to the living room is the veranda which is another great spot to take in the scenic surroundings. The dining area adjoins the living room and consists of a 10-seater dining table with glass windows. The kitchen is fully-equipped with state-of-the-art amenities and even features an island counter for your convenience. Outdoors, the villa boasts of an 18-metre infinity swimming pool and also serves as a vantage point to take in the views of Laguna Valley. A poolside bar serves chilled drinks and concoctions.
