South Point Ocean villa is a charming villa offering the perfect ambience in a rural and serene setting. Strategically located on the beachfront, the villa is about one kilometre away from Koggala Lake and Kabalana Surfing Centre. The famous Unawatuna Beach is 10 km away and Galle Fort, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, can be reached with a 16 km drive. Guests can also visit the Hadunagoda tea estate (renowned for its White tea), to enjoy a tour of the plantation, and taste a variety of teas. The villa is a three and half hour drive from Colombo airport and about 15 minutes from the domestic airport in Koggala.

*We have a no refund policy in case of cancellation at any moment. However if a replacement booking is secured, refund for the same amount as the replacement booking will be done less 15% admin fee and bank charges

*A 50% downpayment has to be paid when the booking is confirmed. The balance is to be paid 4 weeks prior to arrival.

Bedrooms
South Point Ocean houses eight beautifully appointed bedrooms sleeping up to sixteen guests in total. Two bedrooms are housed on the ground floor with each room furnished with a lavish four-poster bed. On the first floor there are three double bedrooms and one single bedroom. Two sets of rooms have internconnecting doors. Two bedrooms are located on the second floor, where each room houses two single four-poster beds.All the bedrooms are elegantly decorated with right natural wood complimenting the crisp white linen draped over the beds and the green vistas visible through the windows. Each bedroom is adjoined by a chic en-suite bathroom echoing the natural beauty of the property and boasting all modern amenities.
Living areas
The spacious living areas of South Point Ocean villa offer ample space for relaxing and entertaining. On the ground floor, the villa is flanked by a verandah overlooking the pool, and the ocean beyond. Both the ground floor and first floor host lavish sitting rooms that open out to mesmerizing vistas. The villa offers formal indoor dining in the dining area with glass doors opening onto the pool, or outdoor beachside dining with a table perched on the sand. Outdoors, the pool is lined with sun beds while the lusciously landscaped garden provides another quiet space to just relax and enjoy the scenic surroundings. Cots and high chairs can be provided.
