Location
South Point Cottage is an elegant villa offering the perfect ambience in a rural and serene setting directly on Koggala Lake. Located in a rural village with a serene ambience and distant hills on the horizon. The perfect place to relax and unwind. Totally cut off, yet within 15 minute to tourist beaches and cafes in Unawatuna and Mirissa. The famous Unawatuna Beach is 10 km away and Galle Fort, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, can be reached with a 16 km drive. Guests can also visit the Hadunagoda tea estate (renowned for its White tea), to enjoy a tour of the plantation, and taste a variety of teas. The villa is a three and half hour drive from Colombo airport and about 15 minutes from the domestic airport in Koggala.

Cancellation Policy
*We have a no refund policy in case of cancellation at any moment. However if a replacement booking is secured, refund for the same amount as the replacement booking will be done less 15% admin fee and bank charges.
Payment Terms
*A 50% downpayment has to be paid when the booking is confirmed. The balance is to be paid 4 weeks prior to arrival.
3 Bedroom, Lakeside Cottage
South Point Cottage is a charming holiday home spread across two levels and nestled amongst tall trees. Overlooking a landscaped garden and the spectacular Koggala Lake, on which seaplanes land, the villa set in a quiet neighbourhood and is flanked by an ancient temple on one side and a cinnamon plantation on the other. The cottage is fully staffed and includes a personal chef to prepare meals and manager to take care of all your needs and make your holiday all the more memorable.
Bedrooms
South Point Cottage houses three air-conditioned bedrooms with attached bathrooms. The master bedroom is located on the first floor and has a sitting area and balconies on both sides to take advantage of the stunning views. The other two bedrooms are located on the ground floor. Bedroom tow has a king size bed while bedroom three has two single beds and one bunk bed. The en-suite bathrooms are spacious with rainfall showers and all modern amenities.
Living areas
The living area of South Point Cottage also serves as a TV room and is fitted with comfortable sofas. Guests can also enjoy dining and living on the verandah facing the garden and pool. The kitchen is centrally located and guests can walk in and prepare their own meals or watch the chef prepare their meals. Outdoors, guests can spend time in the swimming pool or relax in the tropical garden, lulled by the cool ocean breeze.
