Cancellation Policy
* For Low, High and Promotional Seasons, all payment (s) received will be credited booked for within 9 month of the cancellation date if the booking is cancelled after the payment (s) date.
* For Peak Season, Christmas/New Year and if the booking is cancelled after the deposit and/or balance payment date, all payment (s) received will be forfeited or refunded in pro-rata shall another booking be secured for the same period that has been cancelled.
* Early departure, whether immediately on arrival or later during the dates of stay, will be considered a cancellation and all funds will be forfeited.

The open plan interior living space unfolds seamlessly with floor to ceiling windows that embrace the outstanding nature of this simply stunning location. Furnished with a high-end chic of white, charcoal and black, this elegantly styled living area has been designed with a cool island ideal in mind. The sophisticated feel of this well thought out interior, is highlighted by the incredible attention to detail. The sumptuous bespoke charcoal leather sofa seating is ideally laid out for guests to enjoy the state of the art entertainment system with IPad, Flat screen TV and surround sound speaker system.
The elegant living space blends onto the opulent geometrically designed terrace, set to captivate with it’s wow factor views of turquoise sea and neighbouring isles of Koh Som and Koh Phangan. The large 60 square metre terrace features a covered bar area, with outside fridge and high stools, perfectly located for those obligatory holiday cocktails . Sun worshippers will not be disappointed with the all day long sun on the terrace, that overlooks the tantalising 8 metre infinity edge Balinese stone pool, with sunken sunset seats. Flanked by gorgeous sea views, in complete privacy and tranquility.

Harmonious dining environments offer indoor and outdoor dining experiences to be enjoyed in comfort and style. Indoors, guests can choose to close the doors and enjoy a cooling experience with the air-conditioning on, whilst missing nothing of this stunning locale with complete floor to ceiling walls of glass.
Alfresco dining under the covered terrace is also an option on the outdoor living terrace, with cooling sea breezes and tropical skies complementing this gorgeous dining choice. Guests choosing to fire up the BBQ for some home made culinary treats, can do so with ease. The bar prep area works perfectly for the outdoor dining experience, creating an outdoor kitchen workspace that is closely located to the BBQ on the shaded terrace area.
The open plan kitchen with high-end Western spec has been fully kitted out to the highest standard in a cool contemporary style. The large breakfast bar with bespoke leather seating offers guests an additional space to enjoy. With such a high end spec, guests are assured that they have everything they could possibly need from a kitchen, for that totally home away from home feel.
If guests would like, a Chef Service can be arranged with a Thai Menu at the cost of 1500THB. This can be billed with the cost for food shopping on the Incidental Bill for payment before check out.
SLEEP
Daizo Villa features three generously appointed master suites simply stunning by design and sunset facing. Each bedroom has been designed with with an incredible feeling of space enhanced by their vaulted ceilings and elegant furnishings, following the same gorgeous white theme. The large king size beds in two of the rooms, sit center stage overlooking the sea views peppered with the smaller isles. Blurring the division of the indoor and outdoor living, these bedrooms also enjoy a large private terrace with table and chairs for 2, for those romantic holiday moments engulfed in panoramic views.
The third kingsize bedrooms in sunrise facing and has been well appointed with the same elegant contemporary style. All guests’ bedrooms feature flat screen TV’s, Blue Ray players and a hard drive with a library of movies, silent ceiling fans, high-end air-conditioning, an essential in the tropics, and fully fitted wardrobes with ample space for all holiday clothing items.
The en-suite bathrooms for each guest bedroom have been luxuriously fitted with powerful rain showers and top end sanitary ware, with no compromise on quality. Guests in the Master suites can enjoy the high-end lovers bath with Jacuzzi jets for an additional treat.
