Cape Panwa and Ao Yon beach, two of Phuket's most beautiful beaches, palm-fringed, with white-sand and clear blue seas are within walking distance. It is also a natural picturesque and sheltered bay, and is therefore one select few beaches on Phuket that offer you all-year protection and 365 days a year swimming. Phuket's west coast beaches are closed for most of the period from May thru Nov, plus closed on any days with strong tides. This is especially important for families with children, our adults that like to swim.

Cancellation Policy
Notice of cancellation must be sent in writing via email and will follow the general cancellation fees below:
* 20% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made more than 65 days before the start of the rental period,
* 50% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made between 30 and 64 days before the start of the rental period,
* 100% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made between 1 and 29 days before the start of the rental period.
Payment Terms
50% deposit is due within 3 calendar days upon booking. Full payment is due 65 days prior to arrival date.
A US$750 refundable damage deposit is required to be paid by cash on arrival.
Luxury Beachfront Villa, Phuket Thailand
A luxury beachfront villa available for holiday rentals on Phuket’s stunning Cape Panwa.
This is a heavenly getaway spot for families, groups of friends, or digital nomads seeking a blissful backdrop with its sweeping views over Chalong Bay, the Big Buddha of Phuket and the surrounding islands.
The vibe of this two-storey villa is one of pure tropical laid-back chic, with its open-plan layout and comfortable yet classy interiors. It features four spacious bedrooms, plenty of living areas, direct beach access and a beachfront pool hangout area.
The bedrooms are all bright, airy and are equipped with air con, TV and fridge. Two rooms have ensuite facilities, and there is a third separate bathroom for the guests in the other two rooms to share. We also provide a baby cot and a high chair.
The top level features a living room with bar, a TV area and high-quality sound system, as well as a dining area and a luxury kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, wine cellar and plenty of cutlery. The kitchen opens out onto the main terrace where guests can bask on the sofas or relax in the jacuzzi with a cocktail while taking in the sunset.
The villa is fully self-catered, but there is the added perk of a housekeeper who comes twice a week for cleaning and to change the sheets and towels. We also offer on-demand services such as babysitter, so you can focus more on relaxing!
Step outside and you’ll find a large common pool with 6 loungers where you can unwind and soak up the sun. All towels are provided. You’ll also have access to the beach house, where there’s a ping pong table if you feel like a little more action! There’s direct access to a beach which is more tranquil and less crowded than others on the island, so you’re guaranteed a stay with a taste of authentic Thai tropical living.
