The Berawa Beach itself is an excellent surfing spot. Within close proximity is a natural lagoon and La Laguna, one of Canggu’s most photogenic and popular beach clubs, oozing romance and a fantastic spot to catch the sunset; a 45-minutes drive scenic drive brings you to Tanha Lot, one of the most sacred temples on the island, sitting on a cliff and with waves crashing ashore for company.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of a booking includes but is not limited to:
* Cancellation of one or more days of a booking.
* An amendment of a booking so that none of the dates of the booking once amended fall within the same dates that originally constituted the booking.
* Failure of all Guests to provide the required documentation on arrival (eg. Passports or suitable identification).
* Attempt by the Guest, their party or visitors to hold an event at the Property in breach of these Terms and Conditions or breach of any rules applicable to the Guest's chosen Property.
In the event that the Guest cancels a confirmed booking, the following cancellation fees will generally apply:
* 20% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made more than 60 days before the start of the rental period.
* 50% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made between 30 and 60 days before the start of the rental period.
* 100% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made between 1 and 29 days before the start of the rental period.
The applicable amount will be deducted from the deposit and sums paid, and the manager will refund any remaining balance to the Guest.
Please note that these cancellation terms apply for regular booking periods. Special cancellation terms may apply for peak/high seasons and will be stated in the Property description, booking confirmation or reservation voucher.
Payment Terms
For rentals beginning more than 75 days after the date of the booking request – a deposit of 20% of the total rental amount is payable.
For rentals beginning 75 days or less after the date of the booking request – the total rental amount is payable as a deposit.
Where a 20% deposit applies to the booking, the Guest must pay the remaining 80% balance not less than 75 days before the scheduled arrival date.

With its large open-plan living area, two master bedrooms and three guest rooms, the five-bedroom luxury villa Indrani is the ideal accommodation option for a family or group of friends looking to experience the best of tropical Bali. The villa’s spacious interiors are fitted with all modern amenities making living a pleasure, while the lovely pool and deck are great for lounging in the sun with a cocktail in hand. The highly-trained and efficient staff will take care of every detail while you experience the best of a pampering experience with no care in the world.
Bedrooms
Villa Indrani can comfortably sleep ten in its five air-conditioned bedrooms. The two master bedrooms, one on the upper floor and the other on the ground, are mirror images of each other and exude a lovely old-style colonial feel. Both rooms feature four-poster king-size beds with mosquito nets and have large dressing areas and desk space. The en-suite bathrooms come with a tub and rain shower. The three bright and airy guest bedrooms are situated on the mezzanine level, each featuring a four-poster king-size bed. Overlooking beautiful views over the pool and the surrounding neighborhood, these bedrooms also have ensuite bathrooms fitted with a tub and rain shower.
Living areas
The impressive living and dining area of villa Indrani features floor-to-ceiling windows that can slide open for outdoor tropical living experience or closed for air-conditioned comfort. The open-plan kitchen is well-equipped with all modern amenities and extends into the dining area. The living room is furnished with a lovely mid-century retro feel and is a great place for social gatherings. The well-kept lawn outdoors houses a pool and sun deck for lounging and enjoying a sunset cocktail.
