Villa 1880 is nestled in the heart of the Batu Belig area in greater Seminyak, on Bali’s southwestern coast just a few metres from the beach. Jalan Batu Belig is lined up with shops, cafes and restaurants and is just five-minute drive away from the famous Finns Recreation Club. Tanah Lot and Nirwana are just 30-minute drive while Ngurah Rai International Airport is a pleasant 45-minute ride.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of a booking includes but is not limited to:
* Cancellation of one or more days of a booking.
* An amendment of a booking so that none of the dates of the booking once amended fall within the same dates that originally constituted the booking.
* Failure of all Guests to provide the required documentation on arrival (eg. Passports or suitable identification).
* Attempt by the Guest, their party or visitors to hold an event at the Property in breach of these Terms and Conditions or breach of any rules applicable to the Guest's chosen Property.
In the event that the Guest cancels a confirmed booking, the following cancellation fees will generally apply:
* 20% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made more than 60 days before the start of the rental period.
* 50% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made between 30 and 60 days before the start of the rental period.
* 100% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made between 1 and 29 days before the start of the rental period.
The applicable amount will be deducted from the deposit and sums paid, and the manager will refund any remaining balance to the Guest.
Please note that these cancellation terms apply for regular booking periods. Special cancellation terms may apply for peak/high seasons and will be stated in the Property description, booking confirmation or reservation voucher.
Payment Terms
Payment:
For rentals beginning more than 75 days after the date of the booking request – a deposit of 20% of the total rental amount is payable For rentals beginning 75 days or less after the date of the booking request – the total rental amount is payable as a deposit
Where a 20% deposit applies to the booking, the Guest must pay the remaining 80% balance not less than 75 days before the scheduled arrival date.
A spectacular luxury villa
Villa 1880 radiates enjoyment and rejuvenation. The private spa is appointed with two massage beds and its own jacuzzi and shower. The colourful retro-style living room that also functions as a media room is provided with digital movie and music library and an impressive book selection featuring Asian literature.
All bedrooms are ensuite and are either appointed with indoor shower, outdoor soaking tub or outdoor rain shower. Some rooms are lucky to have all. The children’s room is a playful bunk room with eight single beds especially designed for kids. Toys and children’s books keep the little tots busy and entertained.
A tropical holiday is never complete without catching the sun. Swim in the 19-metre saltwater pool while kids enjoy the shallow part as they play under the shade with cool inflatable toys. Or opt for a barbecue dinner on the rooftop terrace under the night sky.
Venturing outside the villa may not be necessary but strongly recommended. The villa manager can help organize leisure tours (on guest account) or guests can explore the town with the fully-rebuilt and branded 1970 VW combi van rented at small extra cost.
A team of friendly and competent in-villa staff that includes a private chef, butler, housekeepers and security guards work with the manager to cater for every guest’s needs.
