Beautiful villa in top spot

From start to finish this was by far best villa I have ever stayed in Bali - We left hotels a long time ago to enjoy the privacy of villas. Villa Flores is in a perfect location - walking distance to everything and booking was really easy. Thank you Marita! - we had an awesome holiday.

Felt like a princess

I walked into Villa Flores and Wow words could not describe I felt like it was a fairy tale. So tranquil so peaceful such bliss. Every moment of my holiday I had a smile on my face and how could you not when you wake up to Villa flores every morning. The rooms are paradise very large in size lots of room in the closets and outside bathrooms just heaven The location of the villa Flores was wonderful only a few steps and you are at the best shops and restaurants basically a hop skip and a jump away. And to top off our stay the staff were incredible kind caring and everyday the villa was perfection the staff were wonderful You all would be crazy not to book this 4 bedroom villa it is paradise in every way Thank you villa Flores and I'll see you in another 6 months we have rebooked you My home away from home my paradise

Wish I could stay longer!

I had the biggest smile on my face when entering Villa Flores. The size of the outdoor area and pool plus the way it was styled started my holiday in the perfect way. I straight away felt my holiday begin! And then the bedrooms- so much more than I expected! We were just 2 of us, but next time I will definitely return with a group of friends as the villa was so large. The beds were large and comfortable and the bathrooms- WOW. Staff were so accommodating. My favourite restaurants and bars were close. Plus a great massage and beauty parlour 20m from the villa. Can't wait to return.

Simply excellent, the villa, the location and staff could not be any better

This villa was even better than the photos and reviews online described. The location, the staff and the villa itself all made for an incredible experience and a perfect getaway with 7 of my friends, right in the heart of Seminyak. The photos do not do the outdoor area justice, it is much larger and the pool is bigger than just a plunge pool and quite deep towards the end. There is a loud and bassey sound system that connects via headphone jack and bluetooth, full kitchen area with supplied fresh water that is safe to drink, and plenty of couches, chairs and a full dining table to hang around on. Great lighting and fans outside also help to keep the villa well lit and relatively cool throughout the day and night. A small safety deposit box is also good for keeping small valuables as well. There is also a TV and supplied Wifi, but the service from these can be patchy, however this is an issue throughout Bali as their public infrastructure is generally not very good, so it did not dampen the experience too much. The bedrooms rooms are amazing, with large comfortable beds, mosquito nets and plenty of storage space, as well as being well air conditioned, which was a welcome relief to come home to at the end of the day. Each bedroom also came with its own incredible outdoor luxurious bathroom that makes you feel as though you are bathing in a rain forest, whilst still having all the creature comforts you could possibly need. The water pressure is lower than we were used to in Australia, but still perfectly usable. As mentioned before this is probably due to the quality of Bali's public infrastructure. The location of the villa was great and close to the main street of Seminyak (eat street, which has many places to eat, shop and party) and to the beach. Despite the closeness to the hustle and bustle of the main street, it is well hidden away in a side street and we had absolutely no problems with the amount of noise, it was quiet day and night and the villa was generally good at containing any noise we were making as well. There is also a convenience store on the corner that is great for any small items you may need to purchase. Fresh water is supplied in the villa, along with cups, plates and cutlery in the fully kitted out kitchen, although to be honest we did not use the kitchen much as we were constantly eating out in the many restaurants close by. Favourites of ours included the Fat Buddha and Lacalaca mexican on Drupadi street (5mins down the road from the villa). The staff were simply incredible. Every day they came into the villa at a time we specified to cook us a delicious breakfast of our choosing, clean up the villa and answer any questions we had and provide us with any help we requested, all included at no extra cost. Agu and Bayu (the two main staff) both had good to great English skills, and were extremely helpful. One day I needed a sim card, so Bayu let me hop on the back of his scooter while we went down the road to purchase one with 2GB of data for only AUD $4.50. At night, a security guard keeps watch outside the gates of the villa to make sure that everything is ok, although we never had any issues with security and were comfortable leaving things around the villa. Most importantly our temporary villa manager (the main one was away on annual leave during our stay) and the regular driver Wayan was absolutely incredible to us during our stay. He helped us organise tours and activities, as well as driving us around the island whenever we wanted in his people mover. Obviously this was at extra cost, but he was extremely reasonably priced, even for a bunch of uni students. He answered all our, at times, ridiculous questions, saved us money on activities and tours by bargaining for us and made us feel at home in any way possible. Wayan was simply the best, and shared some of his local experience and knowledge about life in Bali which was extremely interesting and helpful. He also came to pick us up from our flight which was 3 hours delayed, as well as dropping us off at the airport at the end of our stay. He was extremely accommodating to any requests we had and we are forever grateful for the experiences he helped us to have while we were there. I would recommend this villa to anyone traveling with a big enough group to fill out the available rooms. The price to value ratio is incredible and the photos truly do not do it justice. The only complaints that we have are to do with the TV and internet service, but this is a well known problem throughout Bali and will be found in even the most pricey hotels. Everything else was outstanding, the location, the staff and the facilities are beyond anything we've stayed at before outside of a 5 star resort or hotel. We would do this again in a heartbeat.

Pricey, but perfect experience

It's hard to think of any complaints except that the internet was a bit slow and TV signal wasn't great. Breakfast is decent, they don't provide body soap—only the bar soap for the sink. However they take into consideration all your needs and provides them the best they can. They will also personalize their services to your needs. The staff are great people with enough English speaking skill; the pool is relatively small but fun. TV inside the rooms can only play DVDs or CDs and don't connect to the TV channels. There are higher-class villas, but for its type, this is the best you can go.

We stayed in Flores with 3 other couples, 4 in total, and this Villa was just PERFECT. It truly is a beautiful place just as the photos show, if not better! It was clean when we arrived and the daily cleaning/cooking service was a true bonus!! We were all very happy with the breakfast each morning!! Getting a choice of what we wanted was great, Great location. We had an amazing time in Bali and would definitely return to Villa Flores

Amazing Villa in great location!!

Villa Flores ticked all the boxes for us. We had 5 adults and two kids. The whole villa is clean and tidy. Cool furnishings. Huge bedrooms all with really nice en-suites. Villa staff are lovely, they come in and cook breakfast every day and clean up. Circle K shop within 30 second walk. Massage shops, day spas all really close. Good restaurant within two minutes walk called Kendi Kuning is well worth a visit. Great location for all shopping streets and bar/restaurants within 10/15 mins walk or taxis are cheap and we never waited more than a minute for a cab our whole trip. Villa is a peaceful oasis away from the heat and busy streets. No complaints at all from us - highly recommend!!!

Decent location, good layout & pool, good service, great price.

Property: - The pictures are pretty accurate. Pool is deep and decent sized - Layout is great for friends although more fans could be useful in the hot season - Nice bathrooms with outdoor showers and tubs but bathtubs may take a while to fill up due to water pressure in Bali - The 4th bedroom closer to the entrance is smaller than the others with a small bathroom so equitable sharing amongst 4 couples may be an issue - Rooms facing the pool needs darker curtains, too much light in the mornings Location: Decent. Walkable (15 mins) to the beach; food on jln kayu aya/laksmana (10-15); a little trickier and longer to get to other streets although it appears so close on the map due to a lack of through roads but nothing a cheap cab ride won't solve in the day time*. (*cabs in the evenings and night in bali have become more and more of a bargaining match...) Service: - booking was quick and fuss free, very quick response - Villa manager Dovi was great, he definitely helped as much as he could and was very flexible with our requests during our stay - Staff was good, they did their job quickly and adapted to our timing requests. If you're looking for 24 hr constant service then maybe look elsewhere - Villa driver wayan was great, competitively priced, and contactable even late at night and on short notice Others: - daily breakfast was alright, could be better. abundance of options nearby anyway. - Internet definitely needs speeding up. it is painfully slow - Needs more fans in the hot season! open area is too warm. - Mosquitos, as with much of Bali, are an issue but mosquito repellants were provided

very poor service not at the level of the place

+ The place has a great location, walking distance (10 min) from beach and good restaurants and bars although I suggest renting a scooter + the design of the place is beautiful, each room facing the pool -the service is horrific, once you are checked in, don't count on any service. -the breakfast is at the level of a 2 star hotel although they come with two staff each day. poor toasts, you are lucky if you get two halfs, cheap jam, and two eggs without anything. Tope it is the cheapest juice and a tiny portion of cheap fruits. -the beds are terrible, you can feel the metal of the springs. -the towels are not replaced and left lying around each day. the cleaning is basic -the wifi is a 3G box that gives a poor connection and only accepts 3 or so connection at a given time, great for one person not for 4 rooms -The staff and management is rude when faced with any request and all turns into a problem. There many villas with a much better values The management could with little effort make the stay amazing but decides to stop at the design. It is not worth the price at all.

The villa is close to all of Seminyak’s best beaches, shopping and restaurants. It is located on Jl Drupadi in Seminyak, so right near all the popular Seminyak hot spots such as Lacalaca, Champagne Bar, La Favela, Cafe Zucchini, Magali Pascal, Paul Ropp, Haviana, Billabong, etc. There is also a Circle K supermarket right near the villa. In this area you will find all of Bali’s favourite restaurants such as Ultimo, Rumours, Trattoria, The Junction, Cafe Bali, Gado Gado, Mama San, Kaizen, Chandi and of course the best beaches at Kudeta Gado Gado and La Lucciola. It is situated in one of Bali’s most popular and sought after areas.

Cancellation Policy

The following cancellation charges will be applicable depending on when the notification of the cancellation is received in writing:

30 days or more before arrival date:
* Deposit forfeited - but credited for 9 months from the date of the cancellation confirmation by the management company. The credit can be used by the client or anyone on their behalf for a reservation for the same villa and during any period.

Within 30 days of arrival date:
* All rental payments are forfeited.
* The above cancellation charges also apply if the management company cancels the booking due to non-payment of the balance. If the dates of the booking require to be changed or amended, this may be treated as a cancellation of the original booking and cancellation charges may apply.
* Any change to the original reservation is subject to the approval of the management company.
* Early departure penalty will be subject to negotiation with the management company.

Shall the party wish to change villa on arrival, a minimum 3 days notice is required or will be charged as a cancellation fee. Any differences in published rates between the villas are also applicable and will be charged to the Guests. Shall the alternative villa be cheaper, no refund will be made.

Payment Terms

Deposit Payment
* To guarantee this booking in the first instance, you will be required to pay a deposit equivalent to 30% of the total rental due or 50% for Christmas and New Year period.

Balance payment
* Full balance is due at least 30 days prior to arrival

Last minute reservation
* In case of reservation within 30 days of arrival, full payment may be requested at once before the arrival date

Kindly inform upon confirmation of your reservation, which form of payment would be preferred.
* Payments may be made by Telegraphic Transfer to our company bank account or through an online payment gateway with your credit card (visa or master card).
* If payment by credit card is preferred this will incur a 3.9% admin fee.

Description

Hidden paradise

You simply walk out the door, and all that Seminyak has to offer is right there for you to enjoy.
Upon entering the villa, you are greeted by the sunbathing and swimming pool area. There is a gazebo with comfortable mattress and cushions to laze the day away, perched on the decking area adjoined to one of the bedrooms. There is a stunning lotus pond running along one side of the paved area leading to the large swimming pool, which also has an inbuilt step area for you to submerge yourself just enough whilst sun bathing. The pool is surrounded by sunbeds for lounging and relaxing.

The kitchen has all you need and an open plan dining area and a modern 8 seater dining table for you and your guests to enjoy and entertain.The lounge and dining areas are tastefully decorated, overlooking the pool which creates a stunning backdrop to your Bali stay. In the lounge area there is a 42 inch tv offering satellite tv, dvd and sound system which can be played throughout the living area and pool area.

The bedrooms have been tastefully decorated each with air conditioning and their own ensuite and built in wardrobes.
