WHAT YOU SEE, IS WHAT YOU GET!!

That’s the best sentence to describe on this villa. It’s situated in a quiet area and centre to all tourist attraction especially, near the beautiful beach. This amazing villa plus the pool is very spacious and all room are comfortable with air conditioning. It has everything you need for a very comfortable stay, from fully equip kitchen utensils, to additional towels provided. Communication before the date was pretty smooth, always answered and very informative. Upon arrival, we were welcome by Pak Dovi (Villa Manager) who showed us around and his workers even help us to inflate our Big floaties, which was very much appreciated. He was very attentive, informative and responded to all our queries swiftly. On security, you don’t worry. The villa have a guard that it stationed from 8pm to 8am. In case anything, we may seek the guard for help. All our belongings was saved despite we are mostly outside for sightseeing. As the pool is open, you might want to plan your swimming time (we come in December & it was raining season). Overall, a totally amazing stay & would highly recommend. This was our first trip in BALI & we love it!!!! THANK YOU VILLA DHEVA

Excellence in Paradise

From the moment you walk in the front door any stress you had floats away. The Villa Dheva is absolutely perfectly located in Seminyak, extremely quite and secluded. If you want to get away from traffic noise, hawkers, etc this is perfect. Main shopping and restaurants is only 5mins walk, perfect you can walk off all the wonderful food. The Villa has 3 very large bedrooms beuatifully decorated with (four poster bed, private ensuite (outdoor rain shower & deep bath). There is also 1 queen bedroom with private ensuite, outdoor rain shower. Kitchen, lounge, amazing pool, outdoor day bed, large dining table (for 8ppl), free wifi, BT for music, sofa, etc etc. Staff are amazing, so friendly, security located at villa entrance We have have stayed in 5 star hotels world wide- this is by far in our top 5. Perfect for families, girls retreat, couples and groups of friends- you wont be disappointed Thank you, thank you to all staff and owners for making our holiday so amazing

Loved returning to Villa Dheva. Was last here 6 months ago and came back to re-live the experience. Great location in a quiet group of villas. Beautiful decor and comfortable beds Staff super friendly and accomodating. Will definitely return again!

Bali Bliss!!!

This villa was the perfect getaway for just me and my partner but also has multiple rooms that we're already planning a trip back there with a bigger group! It's in a perfect location that you can easily walk to restaurants and bars as well as fantastic shops just one street over, but still tucked away that you can relax away from the bustle by the pool. Bintan supermarket was also a short walk away so we could prepare our own meals at the villa if we chose too. The staff were great and so friendly. We went on a day tour to Ubud with the villas driver who customised it to just what we wanted. Can't wait to go back there!!!

Beautiful Villa - Great Location!

We had booked the Villa Dheva from a Friday - Sunday and we enjoyed every bit of our stay there. The Villa is much bigger than in the pictures. The rooms are big and spacious and the same goes for the bathrooms with semi open showers. The staff and the manager was very kind and did their best to server us. Breakfast is ok. You can always ask them to make other stuff as long as you pay for the ingredients. The villa is located very close to the beach and the main street of Seminyak and you can easily walk to both places. Overall we were very satisfied staying in the villa.

Great location once you find it

We booked a private airport transfer through the hotel for 300,000 IDR, but even the driver didn't know where the villa was! It's down one of the main roads, but way down some one-lane driveway. But once you know where it is (near a Circle K), it's okay. So location was pretty good. Service: wasn't that impressed by this. The Villa Manager was late, and asked us to wait for him to get there, who just repeated what the other hotel staff told us already. He gave us a phone that we could use to call him - but I called him and sent him a text and never got a reply! Hmph!‎ The villa: wasn't as nice as in the pictures. There's 4 rooms - two are mirror images of each other, the third is pretty similar, all with outdoor bathrooms including a bath (which looked pretty dirty), but the forth was smaller with an indoor bathroom. And then the common area is all outdoors, which got pretty wet when it rained. The pool is a lot smaller than it looks in the photos as well.‎ I wasn't a fan of the fact the bedrooms had the same concrete/tile flooring as the outdoor bathroom and the outdoor living space. It just felt really dirty... We also had a spot of what looked like blood on the edge of our bed - yuk! Other: there's a big dispenser of filtered water which is handy. There's also free breakfast every morning - nasi goreng, mee goreng or western (eggs, bacon and mushrooms). You tell them what time you want them to come (they cook it fresh in the villa for you), but make sure you give them an extra hour! We asked them to come at 7:30am one morning because we had to leave by 8:30am, but our breakfast wasn't ready til 8:30! And it happened again the next day - but we didn't really have to leave by any time so it was okay... but just a bit frustrating for something that wasn't even that tasty. The nasi goreng was really plain.‎

Excellent villa!

My family and I absolutely loved the villa. The services rendered, the amenities provided and the layout of the entire villa were all exceptional! Highly recommended for people travelling with a large group of families or friends.

Gorgeous villa and perfect location

We are currently staying in this villa (5 adults) and it is absolutely gorgeous!! The rooms are huge and all have their own ensuites with a bath and shower! The outdoor area is a great size and very comfortable and the pool is clean and a good size! The whole villa is sparkling clean and the staff are so friendly. Dohvi the manager is very friendly and helpful and was here to greet us to make sure everything was ok. You have your own driver who is happy to take you anywhere you like for a good price, but you are in the heart of Seminyak so everything is walkable anyway. Breakie is cooked at your request by two lovely ladies who are very accomodating. There is cable TV and a sound system with Bluetooth, so just bring your iPod! All in all - I would definitely recommend this villa to anyone, it's a perfect size and great location

Outstanding accomodation, pure indulgence.

We stayed here for the week and what a beautiful week it was. Not only is this villa tastefully set out but every feature was amazing. From the moment you entered the villa, your breathe is taking away by the sheer indulgence of the pool, decking and beautiful furniture. There was nothing that you needed, as everything was supplied. We all felt totally relaxed and had our own individual space when needed but we could all come together around the dining table or pool to share are daily adventures. Everything you need is supplied and all the great restaurants and boutiques are within a short distance. None of us wanted to leave our small piece of paradise within paradise. Can't wait to come back again!!!!!

The villa is close to all of Seminyak’s best beaches, shopping and restaurants. It is located on Jl Drupadi in Seminyak, so right near all the popular Seminyak hot spots such as Lacalaca, Champagne Bar, La Favela, Cafe Zucchini, Magali Pascal, Paul Ropp, Haviana, Billabong, etc. There is also a Circle K supermarket right near the villa. In this area you will find all of Bali’s favourite restaurants such as Ultimo, Rumours, Trattoria, The Junction, Cafe Bali, Gado Gado, Mama San, Kaizen, Chandi and of course the best beaches at Kudeta Gado Gado and La Lucciola. It is situated in one of Bali’s most popular and sought after areas.

Cancellation Policy

The following cancellation charges will be applicable depending on when the notification of the cancellation is received in writing:

30 days or more before arrival date:
* Deposit forfeited - but credited for 9 months from the date of the cancellation confirmation by the management company. The credit can be used by the client or anyone on their behalf for a reservation for the same villa and during any period.

Within 30 days of arrival date:
* All rental payments are forfeited.
* The above cancellation charges also apply if the management company cancels the booking due to non-payment of the balance. If the dates of the booking require to be changed or amended, this may be treated as a cancellation of the original booking and cancellation charges may apply.
* Any change to the original reservation is subject to the approval of the management company.
* Early departure penalty will be subject to negotiation with the management company.

Shall the party wish to change villa on arrival, a minimum 3 days notice is required or will be charged as a cancellation fee. Any differences in published rates between the villas are also applicable and will be charged to the Guests. Shall the alternative villa be cheaper, no refund will be made.

Payment Terms

Deposit Payment
* To guarantee this booking in the first instance, you will be required to pay a deposit equivalent to 30% of the total rental due or 50% for Christmas and New Year period.

Balance payment
* Full balance is due at least 30 days prior to arrival

Last minute reservation
* In case of reservation within 30 days of arrival, full payment may be requested at once before the arrival date

Kindly inform upon confirmation of your reservation, which form of payment would be preferred.
* Payments may be made by Telegraphic Transfer to our company bank account or through an online payment gateway with your credit card (visa or master card).
* If payment by credit card is preferred this will incur a 3.9% admin fee.

Description

Stunning Bali villa

You simply walk out the door, and all that Seminyak has to offer is right there for you to enjoy. Upon entering the villa, you are greeted by the sunbathing and swimming pool area. There is a gazebo with comfortable mattress and cushions to laze the day away, perched on the decking area adjoined to one of the bedrooms. There is a stunning lotus pond running along one side of the paved area leading to the large swimming pool, which also has an inbuilt step area for you to submerge yourself just enough whilst sun bathing. The pool is surrounded by sunbeds for lounging and relaxing.

The kitchen has all you need and an open plan dining area and a modern 8 seater dining table for you and your guests to enjoy and entertain.The lounge and dining areas are tastefully decorated, overlooking the pool which creates a stunning backdrop to your Bali stay.In the lounge area there is a 42 inch tv offering satellite tv, dvd and sound system which can be played throughout the living area and pool area.

The bedrooms have been tastefully decorated each with air conditioning and their own ensuite and built in wardrobes. All have showers and 3 Master Bedrooms have stunning terrazzo bathtubs also.Two of the Master bedrooms also have flatscreen tvs and dvd players.There is free wi-fi service throughout the villa, we also give you a mobile phone with local number for you to use during your stay.
