Cancellation Policy
If the Guest wishes to cancel a confirmed booking, written notice of cancellation must be sent. In the event that the Guest cancels a confirmed booking, the following cancellation fees will generally apply:
50% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made more than 60 days before the start of the rental period
70% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made between 30 and 60 days before the start of the rental period
100% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made between 1 and 29 days before the start of the rental period.
Payment Terms
All enquiries can only be held for three (3) working days without guaranteed deposit.
A deposit of 50% of the rental amount will be settled within seven (7) working days after confirmation of reservation and invoice has been given.
Final payment is settled 14 days prior to arrival (30 days for Christmas/New Year bookings)
For last minute bookings (within 1 week or less prior to arrival), full payment upon arrival in cash is acceptable
