Cancellation Policy
* For Low, High and Promotional Seasons, all payment (s) received will be credited booked for within 9 month of the cancellation date if the booking is cancelled after the payment (s) date.
* For Peak Season, Christmas/New Year and if the booking is cancelled after the deposit and/or balance payment date, all payment (s) received will be forfeited or refunded in pro-rata shall another booking be secured for the same period that has been cancelled.
* Early departure, whether immediately on arrival or later during the dates of stay, will be considered a cancellation and all funds will be forfeited.
Payment Terms
* Low + High + Peak Seasons: 50% on confirmation date with balance due 30 days prior to arrival
* Christmas/New Year Season: 50% on confirmation date with balance due 30 days prior to arrival
* For booking within 30 days of arrival, full payment due upon confirmation
Modern Tropical Villa on Koh Samui
Blue Sea Villa resides with a state of the art development offering the residents the best infrastructure possible with 8 -12 meter wide access road inside the development, underground 3 phase electricity, 4 deep wells, Fiber optic Broadband and 24/7 security guards with CCTV camera and Reception area where guests can use their gym or organize transportation to and from the Villa.
Master Bedroom
Our bright and modern comfy master bedroom is on the second floor. With hard wood King size bed and high quality mattress enjoy a refreshing night’s sleep. Wide floor to ceiling glass doors maximize the sea views leading to a furnished balcony. The room is equipped with high speed internet, writing desk, safety deposit box and ample wardrobe space. Leading off the master bedroom is a luxury ensuite bathroom with rain shower, bath tub overlooking the sea and his n hers wash basins.
Guest Bedroom 2
Equipped with two Queen size beds this is perfect for families with children. Bright and fun with a white tropical color scheme and sea views from the balcony. Flat screen TV with Premium Satellite channels. Including an ensuite bathroom with rain shower.
Guest Bedroom 3
A beautiful room with King size bed and a large balcony to enjoy a morning coffee and a croissant. High ceilings with big glass sliding doors frame the tropical scenery. Bright sunlight, Eco air system make all the bedrooms cooling and comfortable year round. Spacious wardrobe and ensuite bathroom with rain shower.
Lounge / dining room
The interiors, while open plan with over 3 meter high ceilings, are a combination of South East Asian influences and Western modernism. Walk down the stairs with majestic views over Chaweng Bay to the beautiful living space. Modern and bright with high ceilings, fans circulating fresh air overhead and an abundance of tropical artwork and flowers on show. Relax in the two 4 seater sofas with a good book or catch up on your favorite TV show after a wonderful dinner. Boasting a modern European kitchen with state of the art amenities and hard wood tops, enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner from the 8 seater dining table with views over the infinity pool and sea.

Adjacent to the lounge is a games room equipped with a professional size table tennis table. Again with panoramic sea views, it’s a great place for kids and adults alike to relax or show off their competitive side.
