Cancellation Policy
The following cancellation charges will be applicable depending on when the notification of the cancellation is received in writing:
30 days or more before arrival date:
* Deposit forfeited - but credited for 9 months from the date of the cancellation confirmation by the management company. The credit can be used by the client or anyone on their behalf for a reservation for the same villa and during any period.
Within 30 days of arrival date:
* All rental payments are forfeited.
* The above cancellation charges also apply if the management company cancels the booking due to non-payment of the balance. If the dates of the booking require to be changed or amended, this may be treated as a cancellation of the original booking and cancellation charges may apply.
* Any change to the original reservation is subject to the approval of the management company.
* Early departure penalty will be subject to negotiation with the management company.

Deposit Payment
* To guarantee this booking in the first instance, you will be required to pay a deposit equivalent to 50% of the total rental.
Balance payment
* Full balance is due at least 30 days prior to arrival
Last minute reservation
* In case of reservation within 30 days of arrival, full payment may be requested at once before the arrival date
Kindly inform upon confirmation of your reservation, which form of payment would be preferred.
* Payments may be made by Telegraphic Transfer to our company bank account or through an online payment gateway with your credit card (visa or master card).
* If payment by credit card is preferred this will incur a 3.9% admin fee.
A private vacation home villa
It's a private vacation home villa for rental during your vacation time in Ubud, Bali. Its is located close to the beach within just walking distance. It is surrounded by the beauty of tropical nature, plenty of coconut trees, well maintained garden and lawn as well as the magnificent view of beaches and ocean. It accommodates up to 8 people with 10 staff in total with one butler acts as your personal assistant during your stay. We also provide with a 10 hour standby car complete with fuel and one driver to take you around.
The upper floor of the house has been rotated to give an X form in plan. The resulting shaded ground area form the living spaces of the house.Entry is from the pool deck, which connects directly to the double reception area and the enclosed study, massage room and guest shower room. To the right are the kitchen and dining room which face the frangipani garden. The master suite also opens onto this garden. Upstairs are the lounge and sun deck area that look out to Gunung Agung. The 3 guest rooms are off this lounge.
There are two master bedrooms at Sandiwara, one downstairs with direct access to the pool and the other upstairs with its own balcony and panoramic views. They are furnished with comfortable and plush king-sized beds that are basically fluffy clouds to float on. There is a bench with cushions where guests can relax, read, and even enjoy good company. En-suite bathrooms accompany the bedrooms for a convenient and easy time.
At Sandiwara, you will also find two air-conditioned guest bedrooms that are furnished with a king-sized bed and singles, respectively. With splendid views through the glass walls, the bedrooms are complete sanctuaries for rest and relaxation. Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom as well with showers and other amenities.
