Cancellation Policy
* For Low, High and Promotional Seasons, all payment (s) received will be credited booked for within 9 month of the cancellation date if the booking is cancelled after the payment (s) date.
* For Peak Season, Christmas/New Year and if the booking is cancelled after the deposit and/or balance payment date, all payment (s) received will be forfeited or refunded in pro-rata shall another booking be secured for the same period that has been cancelled.
* Early departure, whether immediately on arrival or later during the dates of stay, will be considered a cancellation and all funds will be forfeited.

* Low + High + Peak Seasons: 50% on confirmation date with balance due 30 days prior to arrival
* Christmas/New Year Season: 50% on confirmation date with balance due 30 days prior to arrival

A green and eco friendly luxury escape
Situated on a gentle hill in the north eastern peninsula, arguably one of the best areas of Koh Samui, the villa blends perfectly with the natural surroundings and is positioned to take advantage of its outstanding views of Koh Phangan and Samui’s golden jewel, the Big Buddha. Emanating the feeling of being above it all – and yet still offering the convenience of being in the midst of everything, sandy beaches, delicious restaurants, funky boutiques, everything a few minutes away, it’s the perfect combination.
The impressive tropical gardens dress the villa with color, scents and fruits, offering a gorgeous array of island foliage. A partially covered, marble floored terrace runs the width of the villa, with 2 lounge areas near the pool, one for games and the other with a TV plus a bar. Outdoors there is also a covered sala providing yet another area to enjoy and relax in. Each of the 5 bedrooms also offer private lounges directly accessible from each room, offering guests a variety of places to enjoy sunsets views of Koh Som and neighboring Koh Phangan. Sun worshippers will not be disappointed with the pool deck bathed in sunshine allowing for the essential sun kissed holiday tan.
Guests are greeted by wow factor as they step into the great room with vaulted wooden ceilings, accent lighting and plenty of sliding glass doors, to allow unending views with plenty of natural light. Three sumptuous white sectional sofas around a wooden table makes for an inviting chill area to unwind. Just behind is the dining table seating 8 and dividing the kitchen from the communal space is a handy breakfast bar which can also be used to prepare and serve food. The kitchen boasts top of the line western style appliances and fittings with everything you and your guests need to dine in style. Guests will appreciate the extra tables and chairs available around the villa to read a book, catch up on your laptop or just sit and catch up with a special person all while being with a larger group.
The five bedrooms are uniquely decorated offering sophisticated luxury. The first master bedroom has its own furnished lounge area with a huge terrace and outdoor Sala, a feature bathtub with a view and a private outdoor shower. The second master bedroom has both an indoor and outdoor shower and a lounge area with unique stonework. The remaining bedrooms all feature bespoke wooden furniture, high end finishings with air conditioning and ample storage space and all offer private lounges. A twin bedroom is also available and the five bedrooms have large ensuite bathrooms.
At the Pool On The Hill, there are island green policies in place to enhance the guests experience. Jump out of bed each morning to enjoy an outdoor shower with filtered rainwater, heated with solar panels using Thailand’s non-stop sunshine. The solar power and a solar-powered battery back-up is in place to keep the fridge, freezer, water filters and safety lighting running. As well, each bedroom offering a solar-powered socket and a USB charger so devices can be powered.
Catering, Yoga, Car rental, babysitting services, can all be arranged at the villa for you through Barefoot Luxury Villa’s concierge service. BLV will take care of any concierge requests during your stay at The Pool on the Hill.
