Villa Samujana is located on a stunning hillside overlooking a coral cove, with private beach access and uninterrupted views of Samui. Samujana is located a short 10 minutes from the airport in the Choeng Mon area of Koh Samui. There’s a plethora of attractions and activities to enjoy in Koh Samui, and its surrounding islands. Rates Exclude
* Extra Bed charge of US$30++ per night charged for children aged 4 to 12.
* A limited number of extra beds are available and are charged at US$ 60++ per adult, per night.
* On arrival, a security deposit equivalent to one night's rental will be payable to Samujana. This security deposit will be refunded upon departure, less any outstanding charges incurred during the stay.
Cancellation Policy
The following cancellation charges will be applicable depending on when the notification of the cancellation is received in writing:
30 days or more before arrival date:
* Deposit forfeited - but credited for 9 months from the date of the cancellation confirmation by the management company. The credit can be used by the client or anyone on their behalf for a reservation for the same villa and during any period.
Within 30 days of arrival date:
* All rental payments are forfeited.
* The above cancellation charges also apply if the management company cancels the booking due to non-payment of the balance. If the dates of the booking require to be changed or amended, this may be treated as a cancellation of the original booking and cancellation charges may apply.
* Any change to the original reservation is subject to the approval of the management company.
* Early departure penalty will be subject to negotiation with the management company.
Payment Terms
Deposit Payment
* To guarantee this booking in the first instance, you will be required to pay a deposit equivalent to 30% of the full payment to book the villa and it is non-refundable.
Balance payment
* Full balance is due at least 30 days prior to arrival.
Last minute reservation
* In case of reservation within 30 days of arrival, full payment may be requested at once before the arrival date.
Kindly inform upon confirmation of your reservation, which form of payment would be preferred.
* Payments may be made by transfer to our company bank account.
* Or through an online payment gateway with your credit card. If payment by credit card is preferred this will incur with an admin fee.

Bedrooms
The four bedrooms of villa Samujana can comfortably sleep eight adults. Each bedroom comes with a private bathroom fitted with a bath and shower. Bathrobes, towels and bed linen are also provided. Boasting contemporary décor with clean minimal styling throughout, all bedrooms have extra large beds and furnished balconies overlooking the beautiful garden filled with exotic plants and the stunning views of the island beyond.
Living areas
The indoor living area of villa Samujana consists of a large, spacious living area fitted with sofas and glass doors that can be closed for air-conditioned comfort or opened to let in the cool tropical breezes. The fully fitted kitchen opens onto a dining area which too overlooks panoramic vistas. The infinity pool snakes around a peaceful terrace and seamlessly spills into the coral bay beyond. An expansive sun deck frames the relaxation lounge and is fitted with comfy furniture to relax around the pool.
