Villa Samujana is located on a stunning hillside overlooking a coral cove, with private beach access and uninterrupted views of Samui. Samujana is located a short 10 minutes from the airport in the Choeng Mon area of Koh Samui. There’s a plethora of attractions and activities to enjoy in Koh Samui, and its surrounding islands. Indulge in a fantastic mix of cultural immersion and adventures in the jungle or at sea.

* 7% Government tax and 10% service charge

* A baby cot can be provided at no cost for children under the age of 3 years.
Rates Exclude
* Extra Bed charge of US$30++ per night charged for children aged 4 to 12.
* A limited number of extra beds are available and are charged at US$ 60++ per adult, per night.
* On arrival, a security deposit equivalent to one night's rental will be payable to Samujana. This security deposit will be refunded upon departure, less any outstanding charges incurred during the stay.
Cancellation Policy
The following cancellation charges will be applicable depending on when the notification of the cancellation is received in writing:
30 days or more before arrival date:
* Deposit forfeited - but credited for 9 months from the date of the cancellation confirmation by the management company. The credit can be used by the client or anyone on their behalf for a reservation for the same villa and during any period.
Within 30 days of arrival date:
* All rental payments are forfeited.
* The above cancellation charges also apply if the management company cancels the booking due to non-payment of the balance. If the dates of the booking require to be changed or amended, this may be treated as a cancellation of the original booking and cancellation charges may apply.
* Any change to the original reservation is subject to the approval of the management company.
* Early departure penalty will be subject to negotiation with the management company.
Payment Terms
Deposit Payment
* To guarantee this booking in the first instance, you will be required to pay a deposit equivalent to 30% of the full payment to book the villa and it is non-refundable.
Balance payment
* Full balance is due at least 30 days prior to arrival.
Last minute reservation
* In case of reservation within 30 days of arrival, full payment may be requested at once before the arrival date.
Kindly inform upon confirmation of your reservation, which form of payment would be preferred.
* Payments may be made by transfer to our company bank account.
* Or through an online payment gateway with your credit card. If payment by credit card is preferred this will incur with an admin fee.

Bedrooms
Samujana 5 Bedroom villa has five spacious luxury bedrooms all with their own secluded garden or terrace. The master bedroom features a private, adjoining lounge that can be converted into an additional child’s bedroom. All the bedrooms are air-conditioned and have en-suite bathrooms with shower, tub and all necessary toiletries. Bathrobes, towels and bed linen are also provided.
Living areas
Samujana 5 Bedroom villa has several indoor and outdoor areas to relax, socialize, entertain or spend private moments, both indoors and outdoors. The enormous living area has large sofas decorated with comfy cushions. Large glass doors open onto cool breezes and tropical views. A fully-equipped kitchen extends into a lively dining area. A comfy sunken open-air lounge extends into a large seawater infinity pool and landscaped gardens. Further entertaining areas as well as a BBQ and bar area lie adjacent to the pool.
