Villa Samujana is located on a stunning hillside overlooking a coral cove, with private beach access and uninterrupted views of Samui. Samujana is located a short 10 minutes from the airport in the Choeng Mon area of Koh Samui. There’s a plethora of attractions and activities to enjoy in Koh Samui, and its surrounding islands. Rates Exclude
* Extra Bed charge of US$30++ per night charged for children aged 4 to 12.
* A limited number of extra beds are available and are charged at US$ 60++ per adult, per night.
* On arrival, a security deposit equivalent to one night's rental will be payable to Samujana. This security deposit will be refunded upon departure, less any outstanding charges incurred during the stay.
Cancellation Policy
The following cancellation charges will be applicable depending on when the notification of the cancellation is received in writing:
30 days or more before arrival date:
* Deposit forfeited - but credited for 9 months from the date of the cancellation confirmation by the management company. The credit can be used by the client or anyone on their behalf for a reservation for the same villa and during any period.
Within 30 days of arrival date:
* All rental payments are forfeited.
* The above cancellation charges also apply if the management company cancels the booking due to non-payment of the balance. If the dates of the booking require to be changed or amended, this may be treated as a cancellation of the original booking and cancellation charges may apply.
* Any change to the original reservation is subject to the approval of the management company.
* Early departure penalty will be subject to negotiation with the management company.
Payment Terms
Deposit Payment
* To guarantee this booking in the first instance, you will be required to pay a deposit equivalent to 30% of the full payment to book the villa and it is non-refundable.
Balance payment
* Full balance is due at least 30 days prior to arrival.
Last minute reservation
* In case of reservation within 30 days of arrival, full payment may be requested at once before the arrival date.
Kindly inform upon confirmation of your reservation, which form of payment would be preferred.
* Payments may be made by transfer to our company bank account.
* Or through an online payment gateway with your credit card. If payment by credit card is preferred this will incur with an admin fee.

The stunning Samujana 5 Bedroom Plus is perched on a rocky shoreline and is designed to optimize uninterrupted ocean views. Cooled by white sandstone floors and pure sea breezes, this exquisitely designed villa features gardens and ponds that flow into a landscaped lawn with views onto an adjoining coconut grove. With five spacious bedrooms, luxuriously furnished lounge areas, a game room, a private cinema room and a fitness room, the villa is ideal for large families or group of friends looking for an indulgent experience in the serenity of their own space while being in close distance to the best of Samui’s attractions.
Bedrooms
Samujana 5 Bedroom Plus villa can comfortably sleep nine adults and two children in its five bedrooms. Three bedrooms have king sized beds while the twin room can also be made into king bed. The triple room can be converted into 1 king and 1 single to sleep three adults. There is another extra room that features bunk beds for two children. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and have floor to ceiling windows and private terraces to make the best of the views. Each bathroom also has an en-suite bathroom with shower, tub and all necessary toiletries. Bathrobes, towels and bed linen are also provided.
Living areas
The large, spacious and luxuriously fitted living areas of Samujana 5 Bedroom Plus villa are ideal for relaxing, entertaining and spending quality time together. The open-plan guest kitchen and dining room overlook the huge sunken living room, which frame a large private infinity pool. Guests can enjoy the large television lounge with plasma screen, surround sound, sofas, selection of board games and beanbags. The poolside feature sun loungers and area for BBQ. There is also private access to the ‘Little Lawn’ for intimate events, table tennis, boules, badminton, board games.
