Cancellation Policy
* For Low Season, High Season, all payment(s) received will be credited booked for within 9 month of the cancellation date if the booking is cancelled after the payment(s) date.
* For Peak Season, Christmas/New Year Season and if the booking is cancelled after the deposit and/or balance payment date, all payment(s) received will be forfeited or refunded in pro-rata shall another booking be secured for the same period that has been cancelled.
* Early departure, immediately on arrival or later during the dates of stay, will be considered a cancellation and all funds will be forfeited.
Payment Terms
* Low Season, High Season, Peak Season: 30% on confirmation date with balance due 30 days prior to arrival
* Christmas/New Year Season: 50% on confirmation date with balance due 30 days prior to arrival
* For booking within 30 days of arrival, full payment due upon confirmation

Bedrooms
Villa Asi consists of 6 en suite master bedrooms in a spacious split-level complex. All bedrooms are air-conditioned with private balconies featuring outdoor furniture and overlooking stunning views of the tropical surroundings and the hillside views of Chaweng Bay. All bedrooms have large en-suite bathrooms featuring rain showers and all essential toiletries. The en-suite of master bedroom one also has an alfresco bathtub. All bedrooms have king-sized beds, a walk-in closet, lounge area, and smart television.
Living areas
The large, spacious open-plan living area comprises of a living room, kitchen with breakfast bar and dining room. The well-equipped kitchen is serviced by a chef to serve up mouth-watering Thai and international dishes to satisfy the most discerning palette. The formal dining area has seating for 12 and extends into the living room with large sofas, with comfy cushions and glass doors overlooking and opening onto the pool and the views of the bay beyond. Outdoors, the main attraction is the split level pool with an enclosed area for lounging. The alfresco dining area and gas barbecue area are ideal for sundowners and meals under the sky.
