Cancellation Policy
All cancellations made by the Lessee are subject to penalties below:
A) If the Lessee cancels the reservation 45 days or more prior to arrival date ,all payments are forfeited but credited for 9 months from the date of the cancellation confirmation by the Lessor. The credit value can be used by the Lessee or anyone on his or her behalf for any reservation, during any period upon availability and solely for the villa initially reserved.
B) If the Lessee cancels the reservation within 45 days prior to arrival date, all rental payments are forfeited. Af ull or partial refund is solely applicable in the event that the Lessor secures another reservation covering partially or fully the initial canceled reservation
C) Christmas and NewYear Period, for any cancellation after the deposit and/or balance payment, all payments are forfeited.However,a full or partial refund is solely applicable in the event that the Lessor secures another reservation covering partially or fully the initial an d canceled reservation. The above cancellation charges also apply if the Lessor cancels the booking due to non-payment of the balance.
Payment Terms
Deposit Payment
* Booking this villa less than 6 months prior to arrival you will be required to pay a deposit equivalent to 50% of the full payment to book the villa within 5 calendar days and it is non-refundable.
* Booking the villa more than six months advance prior to the arrival date, a non-refundable deposit of at least 25% of the total amount is due within 5 calendar days upon booking and another 25% is due 6 months prior to the expected arrival date.
Balance payment
* Full balance is due at least 45 days prior to arrival
Last minute reservation
* In case of reservation within 30 days of arrival, full payment may be requested at once before the arrival date
Kindly inform upon confirmation of your reservation, which form of payment would be preferred.
* Payments may be made by Telegraphic Transfer to our company bank account or through an online payment gateway with your credit card (visa or master card).
* If payment by credit card is preferred this will incur an admin fee.

One of the master bedrooms connects to two guest rooms too; a unique feature which makes Villa Analaya perfect as a family vacation pad. Separate grown-ups’ and kids’ TV rooms are a nice touch, with the villa boasting 7 flat-screen TVs and a sound system throughout. There is even a TV in the villa’s small library with sofa seating too.
A private, relaxing stay for lounging on the beach or by the pool, there are activities too. There is an estate tennis court as well as an in-villa fitness room with pretty sea views and floor-to-ceiling windows that open wide to give the impression of an open-air gym. There is also a single and a double kayak for marine adventures, an enclosed trampoline set up on the lawns, and a villa yoga platform with inspirational views of the beach and the coastline.
The sense of space indoors at Villa Analaya creates the atmosphere of being outdoors, with a beautifully seamless design connecting to the lawns, gardens, and poolside terrace. The wide-open living, dining and kitchen with island area is a vision in white, with big full-length window doors sliding open one step from the green grass; a light and breezy place during the day turns into a cozy, chic space after dark.
