* The resident villa staff will ensure the villa is kept clean and tidy during your stay, whilst the English speaking Manager is available to cater for all of your specific needs.

• Shopping Service: Prior to your arrival we will send you a food and wine shopping list allowing us to stock the villa with your favorites foods and beverages (on guest's account).

This applies to all new bookings for all our managed villas guests can postpone their stay if they are unable to travel due to government Covid-19 travel restrictions for a period of up to 6 months for domestic travel and 12 months for international. Postponement requests
can be made up until the day prior to arrival at the villa.
Please note no refunds will be considered and this policy does not apply in cases where guests have simply decided not to travel.
In cases where guests have chosen not to travel our normal cancellation policy applies which is guests can request postponement for up to nine months if the request is made at least 45 days prior to arrival and 60 days for Xmas/NY and CNY. If guests cancel within 45 or
60 days where applicable any partial or refund will solely depend on us being able to rebook some or all of the dates.
Guests can of course claim off their travel insurance which according to our terms and conditions they should all obtain and we will provide any supporting evidence required.
If it becomes necessary to cancel all or any part of the booking, PSIL (villa management) must be notified in writing (email acceptable). The cancellation will take effect from the day the written confirmation is received.
The following cancellation charges will be applicable depending on when the notification of the cancellation is received in writing and the period of stay in the Villa:
Standard and High Seasons:
45 days or more before arrival date:
All Payments are forfeited but credited for 9 months from the date of the cancellation confirmation by PSIL reservation department. The credit value can be used by the client or anyone on their behalf for any reservation, during any period upon availability and solely for the villa initially reserved.
Within 45 days of arrival date:
All rental payments are forfeited. A full or partial refund is solely applicable in the event that PSIL secures another reservation covering
partially or fully the initial cancelled reservation.
Christmas, New year Period and Chinese New Year:
For any cancellation after the deposit and/or balance payment, all payments are forfeited and a full or partial refund is solely applicable in the event that PSIL secures another reservation covering partially or fully the initial and cancelled reservation.
The above cancellation charges also apply if PSIL cancels the booking due to non-payment of the balance. If the dates of the booking require to be changed or amended, this may be treated as a cancellation of the original booking and cancellation charges may apply.
Any change to the original reservation is subject to the approval of PSIL.
30% Deposit and balance due at least 60 days prior to arrival applies to all seasons.
To secure the booking, a partial payment of 30% of the quote, is due within 5 days of guest confirmation of intention to book.
Payment must be fully settled: 60 days prior to arrival, or if that date is already passed, then within 1 day of guest confirmation of intention to book.
We have a no-refund policy in the event of cancellation but if you cancel more than 60 days prior to arrival we will issue a credit note for the same villa valid for 9 months. If you cancel within 60 days of arrival all funds paid will be forfeited and a partial or full refund will only be made if we some or all of the dates are rebooked.
If you cancel a stay in the Xmas/NY Season all funds are forfeited unless we can rebook some or all of the dates if so a full or partial refund will be offered.

Villa Lanta is a modern, beautifully appointed two-bedroom, three-bathroom pool-villa close to the major shopping, restaurant and nightlife scene on Koh Samui. It offers privacy, security and incredible views of the bays, neighbouring islands and the ocean below.
Upon entering the villa onto the pool deck you will immediately be drawn to the magnificent vista and to the spacious outdoor area. There are sun-loungers and comfy outdoor seating and of course your own private infinity pool. It’s undoubtedly where you will spend much of your time and where you can truly immerse yourself in the luxurious comfort of a secluded pool-villa.
Indoors there is a large air-conditioned, open-plan living room, dining room, downstairs shower room and toilet and a modern kitchen. And no matter where you sit inside, the picture perfect view of the ocean is always there as the villa has floor-to-ceiling glass doors. The sofas face a wall-mounted Smart TV that streams Netflix and has an integrated sound system, there’s an ample sized dining table for four and a fully-fitted western-style kitchen. It has a cooking hob, an oven, a coffee machine, dishwasher, a large fridge-freezer and all the cutlery, crockery and utensils you could ever need. And a continental or Chinese breakfast is served every day by the in-house team in your villa. We can also arrange for a private chef to come to your villa and prepare locally sourced produce from the markets for you to enjoy in the comfort of your villa. Villa Lanta has also been thoughtfully and beautifully decorated with Thai arts and crafts with additional wood carvings and candles throughout adding to the serene and calming ambience.
Villa Lanta has two extensive en-suite bedrooms above the living area, one with a king-size bed and the other a twin-bed room. Both of the bedrooms are air-conditioned with ceiling fans, have sofas, a work desk for a laptop, plenty of storage space, a safe for your valuables and a connecting balcony to relax in the shade and admire the views. The open-plan en-suite bathrooms have a double sink, a powerful rain shower, toilet and further storage space. Plus the bathrooms have been designed in such a way that you can see out to the ocean view from a window in the bathroom but you can’t see in. It’s a mirror on the other side! That allows for lots of natural light to shine through and enables you to enjoy the view – wherever you are in the villa.
Comoon Villas has a fitness room and an all-day reception and concierge service. Your villa manager can arrange car-hire, trips and tours around the island and to neighbouring islands, recommend places of interest to visit and can book a spa therapist to come to your villa and give you a relaxing massage on your balcony. There’s also a villa manager on-call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and your villa has a maid service every day.
