Location
Villa Divina is within a gated property estate with 24 hour security staff located just 250 metres (3 minutes walk) to picturesque Bangrak Beach which offers some great beach hangouts, a large choice of beach clubs (Chi Beach Club, Ivy Beach Club), bars, restaurants, conveniences and beachfront resorts all within an easy 3 to 10 minute stroll. The best part of the beach for swimming is between Ivy Beach Club (850m from villa) and the Secret Garden resort (1.2km from the villa). Popular Fisherman's Village in Bophut is just 1.7km from the villa, the beautiful beach in Cheong Mon bay is just 5km away. The tourist center in Chaweng Beach is a short 6km drive from the villa

Rates Include
* Full clean 2 times every week
* Towels and bed linen changed 2 times each week (every 3 days except Sundays). Duvet covers changed every 7 days.
* Welcome pack of water, tea & coffee, espresso capsules and toiletries (not replenished)
Rates Exclude
* Stays that include both Christmas and New year require a minimum stay of 10 nights
* Electricity read by meter and paid upon check-out at 6 THB per kW unit. Typical electricity costs are 200 to 600 Thai Baht per day depending on air-con usage. Average costs are 300 Thai Baht per day.
* Airport transfer charged at 500 THB per journey by luxury minibus
* Security/damage deposit of 10,000 Thai baht (cash only) is collected at check-in and refunded on check-out. Guests may pay in any equivalent currency
* A 7th guest can stay on sofa bed in master bedroom pavilion for additional cost of 1,000 THB* per night
* Check-out time is before 12 noon and check-in time after 3pm. We can be flexible on this unless there are guests checking in/out on the same day as your departure/arrival. To secure an early check-in or late check-out in advance we require a fee of half of 1 night’s rental.
* The use of the villa is for registered guests only and the occupancy of the property should never exceed 6-7* guests

* Smoking in outdoor areas only
* We do not accept groups of young travelers celebrating high school graduation
Cancellation Policy
In the event that the booking is cancelled prior to arrival we regret that no deposit can be refunded.
Once the final balance is received - 30 days prior to arrival, the same cancellation conditions as above will apply.
If the period of stay has to be shortened the full rental rates will still apply due to the popular nature of these houses.
Payment Terms
Upon confirming the reservation a deposit of 50 % of the total figure is required to secure the booking.
The balance of the booking is required at least 30 days prior to arrival.
Spectacular Pool Villa 250m to Beach
Villa Divina offers 3 separate pavilions set around an idyllic pool terrace within beautiful tropical gardens: the main living pavilion, the master bedroom pavilion and the smaller outdoor pool-side pavilion.
The main living pavilion is set over 2 floors with the lower floor hosting an open-plan air-conditioned living and dining area with fully functional kitchen and convenient guest toilet. The living area has an L-shaped sofa and bean bags with 55" smart TV offering 6,000 IPTV channels from 60 countries and high quality Harman Kardon Bluetooth speaker. The kitchen is equipped with a electric hob, microwave, extractor hood and fridge-freezer with toaster, blender, kitchenware, pots/pans and Nespresso machine
The upper level of this pavilion offers 2 guest bedrooms separated by a shared bathroom with shower. The first guest bedroom offers a king-size double bed and the second bedroom has two single beds (can be pushed together to form a double bed). Both bedrooms have ceiling fans and airconditioning. The spacious master bedroom pavilion features a stunning wooden ceiling and is equipped with a functional kitchenette with small fridge, kitchenware, kettle and Nespresso machine. The private ensuite bathroom offers a luxurious outdoor terrazzo bathtub. This master bedroom pavilion also offers a sofa bed, 40" smart TV and small private garden terrace area.
The outdoor pool-side pavilion offers a comfortable outdoor sofa, chairs with coffee table and a outdoor dining table for 6 with top quality BBQ King 3-burner gas BBQ.
The private 10 meter swimming pool is perfect to cool off and the spacious Jacuzzi is the perfect place to enjoy a refreshment and idyllic surroundings. The swimming pool is 1.4m deep and Jacuzzi area is 0.9 m deep featuring a modern digital LED lighting system with different color options and strobe effect option. The sun terrace also offers 4 sun loungers with sun umbrellas and a comfortable day bed.
A very comfortable and stylish home with great facilities in a wonderful location, just 3 minutes walk to the beach, Villa Divina is the perfect holiday home. Villa Divina had a recent refurbishment with new furnishings and facilities which was completed in August 2019
