Cancellation Policy
The cancellation will take effect from the day the written confirmation is received (email acceptable). The following cancellation charges will be applicable depending on when the notification of the cancellation is received in writing and the period of stay in the Villa.
All cancellations made by the Lessee are subject to penalties below:
A) If the Lessee cancels the reservation 45 days or more prior to arrival date, all payments are forfeited but credited for 9 month from the date of the cancellation confirmation by the Lessor. The credit value can be used by the Lessee or anyone on his or her behalf for any reservation, during any period upon availability and solely for the villa initially reserved.
B) If the Lessee cancels the reservation within 45 days prior to arrival date, all rental payments are forfeited. A full or partial refund is solely applicable in the event that the Lessor secures another reservation covering partially or fully the initial cancelled reservation
C) Christmas and New Year Period, for any cancellation after the deposit and/or balance payment, all payments are forfeited. However, a full or partial refund is solely applicable in the event that the Lessor secures another reservation covering partially or fully the initial and cancelled reservation.
The above cancellation charges also apply if the Lessor cancels the booking due to non-payment of the balance.
Payment Terms
When booking the villa less than six months in advance, within 5 days of booking, a minimum deposit of 50% will be required. This deposit is non-refundable.
If you are booking the villa more than six months in advance, a 25% deposit is due within 5 calendar days of booking. The additional 25% of the deposit will be requested 6 months prior to your stay. Payment is due in full 45 days before your expected arrival date.
No contract will exist between the guest and villa owner until receipt of funds. If funds are not received within 5 banking days the reservation shall be deemed cancelled and Management or the villa owner reserves the right to allocate the Villa to another client.
A lavish modern villa with captivating views
Villa Napalai is a lavishly furnished luxury pool villa in Layan, Phuket with views over the tropical jungle towards the Andaman Sea offering a relaxing and peaceful getaway for couples and families. Accommodation offers 6 en suite bedrooms easily accommodating 10 adults and 2 or 3 young children with spacious open plan living and dining areas.
The villa is equipped with a European kitchen and is fully air conditioned. It has wifi throughout the space. The villa features a gorgeous infinity edge pool, pool bar, BBQ grill, wine fridge, outdoor seating and dining table to sit an enjoy al fresco meal. There is also a cloakroom and access to the undercover parking area. A maid and chef are provided to take care of you during your stay while Villa Manager offers concierge service.
With 6 air-conditioned bedrooms ensures there is ample comfortable sleeping space for large families or group of friends. The master bedroom comes equipped with king-sized bed and has its own walk-in closet and spacious ensuite with bath tub and rain shower. Three of the other rooms come with queen-size beds. The remaining guest room has two single beds and the last room has three single beds which are best for the kids, although with management approval could also accommodate 2 extra adults. All rooms come with ensuite bathrooms with shower space. Likewise, all rooms have television sets with the exception of the three-bedded kid's room.
The large pool terrace is equipped with plenty of sun loungers and lounging chairs so it is a great place to sunbathe or enjoy the late evenings. The 8-meter pool is inviting and also has a shallow section for young ones (with adult supervision).
