Sea Renity is located next to the Golden Pagoda on Laem Sor Beach, on the quiet, picturesque south coast of Samui. amai, 10km away, is the closest big town to Laem Sor, and is a quick 15 minute drive should you crave some night life or are in need of shopping. The neighbouring villages of Thong Krut and Taling Ngam offer several options for seaside dining, from quaint, local beachfront eateries, to restaurants in five-star resorts.

* The villa can sleep up to 12 adults and 6 children
* The resident villa staff will ensure the villa is kept clean and tidy during your stay, whilst the English speaking
Manager is available to cater for all of your specific needs.
* Bed linen is changed every third day, while towels are changed as necessary.
* Pool towels are provided and replenished as deemed necessary.
* Daily rates include a full time Thai Chef (food cost on Guests account)
* Baby cot provided free of charge.
* Rates include daily Continental breakfast.
* Airport transfers are free of charge as all the guests arrive and depart on the same flights even if two mini-buses are required. If guests arrive or depart at different times the additional charges will apply

* Shopping Service: Prior to your arrival we will send you a food and wine shopping list allowing us to stock the villa with your favourites foods and beverages (on guest's account).
Cancellation Policy
This applies to all new bookings for all our managed villas guests can postpone their stay if they are unable to travel due to government Covid-19 travel restrictions for a period of up to 6 months for domestic travel and 12 months for international. Postponement requests
can be made up until the day prior to arrival at the villa.
Please note no refunds will be considered and this policy does not apply in cases where guests have simply decided not to travel.
In cases where guests have chosen not to travel our normal cancellation policy applies which is guests can request postponement for up to nine months if the request is made at least 45 days prior to arrival and 60 days for Xmas/NY and CNY. If guests cancel within 45 or
60 days where applicable any partial or refund will solely depend on us being able to rebook some or all of the dates.
Guests can of course claim off their travel insurance which according to our terms and conditions they should all obtain and we will provide any supporting evidence required.

If it becomes necessary to cancel all or any part of the booking, PSIL (villa management) must be notified in writing (email acceptable). The cancellation will take effect from the day the written confirmation is received.
The following cancellation charges will be applicable depending on when the notification of the cancellation is received in writing and the period of stay in the Villa:
Standard and High Seasons:
45 days or more before arrival date:
All Payments are forfeited but credited for 9 months from the date of the cancellation confirmation by PSIL reservation department. The credit value can be used by the client or anyone on their behalf for any reservation, during any period upon availability and solely for the villa initially reserved.
Within 45 days of arrival date:
All rental payments are forfeited. A full or partial refund is solely applicable in the event that PSIL secures another reservation covering
partially or fully the initial cancelled reservation.
Christmas, New year Period and Chinese New Year:
For any cancellation after the deposit and/or balance payment, all payments are forfeited and a full or partial refund is solely applicable in the event that PSIL secures another reservation covering partially or fully the initial and cancelled reservation.
The above cancellation charges also apply if PSIL cancels the booking due to non-payment of the balance. If the dates of the booking require to be changed or amended, this may be treated as a cancellation of the original booking and cancellation charges may apply.
Any change to the original reservation is subject to the approval of PSIL.
Payment Terms
30% Deposit and balance due at least 60 days prior to arrival applies to all seasons.
To secure the booking, a partial payment of 30% of the quote, is due within 5 days of guest confirmation of intention to book.
Payment must be fully settled: 60 days prior to arrival, or if that date is already passed, then within 1 day of guest confirmation of intention to book.
We have a no-refund policy in the event of cancellation but if you cancel more than 60 days prior to arrival we will issue a credit note for the same villa valid for 9 months. If you cancel within 60 days of arrival all funds paid will be forfeited and a partial or full refund will only be made if we some or all of the dates are rebooked.
If you cancel a stay in the Xmas/NY Season all funds are forfeited unless we can rebook some or all of the dates if so a full or partial refund will be offered.
Sea Renity a stunning luxurious beachfront residence
Sea Renity is Koh Samui’s newest luxury beachfront villa and also SHA Extra+ . Located on Laem Sor Beach on the south-west of the island this sensational, first-class villa faces west capturing the most incredible sunsets each evening. With six individually designed double en-suite bedrooms, all with sea views, and a kid’s bunk room sleeping six its tailor made for family and friends to vacation together in privacy and luxury in an area of natural, outstanding beauty.
Approaching Sea Renity for the first time will give you an instant Wow! Factor. Firstly as the ocean comes in to view and then the sheer size and elegance of the villa. And there’s so much more to come. There’s plenty of parking space in the carport which sits in front of the koi carp pond and waterfall. And then through the magnificent wooden entrance door and the ocean is right before your eyes. It will take a day or two to really take in every detail about the villa, from the flow and design lay-out to the intricate attention to detail in every aspect of every room and outdoor area. It’s something to explore and experience at your leisure.
As you enter the property there are stairs to the right leading to three of the en-suite bedrooms (rooms 4, 3 and 5) but more about the sleeping accommodation a little later. Walking on you’ll see the gym on the right. It faces the ocean with floor-to-ceiling windows and is equipped with a rower, an upright bike, bench, a full set of kettle bells and dumbbells, medicine balls and a TRX suspension training system. And like all the rooms it’s fully air-conditioned. Opposite the gym is the sauna and down a few steps is the massage sala. We can arrange expert masseuses and therapists to come to the villa whenever it suits you. Opposite the sala there’s also a large trampoline in the kid’s garden and play area. And yes, the trampoline is designed to comfortably allow adults to join in the fun! The ‘Wellness Zone’ is ideal for both a serious workout and some contemplative pampering.
Next to the massage sala is a wonderful indoor cinema with a high-definition projector and large screen. Both Netflix and IPTV are available for everything from world news to live sports, children’s entertainment channels and thousands of movies and TV shows. And in the kid’s bunk room as well as their own private shower room there are built-in wardrobes, lots of storage space and a large wall-mounted 65inch LED again with Netflix.
After the massage sala there are two further bedrooms (1 and 2) with the Master Suite opposite and a little further forward. All the bedrooms are more than spacious with built-in wardrobes and storage, king-size beds, black-out curtains, bedside reading lamps, table and chairs plus universal sockets and USB ports for re-charging phones and tablets. They all also have large bathrooms with toilet, sink and power showers. And the Master and bedrooms 1 and 2 also have an additional outdoor bath in a separate second bathroom. They are completely walled in for privacy and are open-air so you can relax in a warm bath in the evening and simply gaze upon the stars above. The villa sits in a secluded location with no neighbours so the sky at night is often crystal clear for tranquil and serene star-gazing. Bedrooms 4, 3 and 5 on the upper level each have a large balcony with table and chairs and outdoor power points. And they all have
wonderful sea views and views of the hills, shrubbery and trees surrounding the villa and of the magnificent night sky.
On the left after bedrooms 1 and 2 is the kitchen and indoor dining area. There is a Western guest kitchen with Gorenje and Franke appliances and systems plus a separate chef’s kitchen behind it, again with top of the range equipment, fixtures and fittings. The indoor dining table comfortably seats 12 plus there is another alfresco dining table for 12 beside the pool and swim-up bar. And it’s this outdoor social area where you’ll no doubt spend much of your time. The first decking area with outdoor dining table and chairs is covered giving shade during the hottest part of the day but without compromising on the views, the ocean is right in front of you as is the tiny island
of Koh Tan. You can take day trips to this islet from the nearby village of Thong Krut just a few minutes away. In the distance, the hills you can see are those that make up the coastline of the mainland. This deck is right beside the kid’s pool (70cm deep) and the 21 metre long lap pool (90 – 150 cm deep). And it’s also joined onto the swim-up beach bar that houses a state-of-the-art Brinkmann Select BBQ, a sink and enough fridge space to host a major beer and wine party. There are high stools around the bar and four swim up stools in the pool for when you feel like a cocktail but just aren’t quite ready to get out of the water yet. Beyond the bar there’s another decking area with half-a-dozen sun loungers and this deck could easily become the perfect dance-floor in the evening.
At the beachside end of the pool it forms an L shape with a further four sunken sun-loungers plus there’s also a sunken sala with cushions for relaxing beside the pool in the shade. From there, steps lead onto a lawn and the 25 metre beachfront and then down onto the beach where mangrove trees grow in the shallows. As you gaze out from here you have Koh Taen to the left and then to the right is the expanse of Thong Krut bay which has plenty of oceanfront restaurants and a fleet of Thai long-tail fishing boats.
Back into the villa and behind the sunken sala is an enormous lounge. There are large, soft sofas, eye-catching décor, a 75-inch HD flat screen TV mounted on the wall, floor-to-ceiling glass doors and windows, electric shades and it’s fully air-conditioned. To one side there is also a seven foot pool table. The villa has a Sonos sound system with B&W speakers throughout the villa with four different zones each with independent volume control.
Sea Renity has CCTV and a safe in every bedroom and has a Villa Manager, a private Chef and a live-in couple who have separate accommodation to the rear of the property. And the villa is overseen by a professional, luxury-villa management company. There is of course Wi-Fi throughout with several routers that automatically connect to your devices as you move around the villa.
