* The kitchen & pool service closes at 11PM.
* When entertaining guests at the Villa, we kindly request for the total number of people to be limited to the maximum number pre
approved by the Villa Management, furthermore only villa guests can stay beyond midnight.
* Strictly no more than the number of guests the booking is processed for will be allowed inside the villa premises
* Weddings and events need to be discussed with the Villa Management for approval and will incur an Event Fee for use of premises
* Breach of house rules will lead to cancellation of the booking with no refund
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be advised in writing and will take effect the day it is received by the reservations team.
* Cancellations received 30 days or more, before the date of arrival will not incur any charge.
* Cancellations received 15-30 days before the date of arrival will incur a charge of 30% of the
total cost of the stay.
* Cancellations received 8-14 days before the date of arrival will incur a charge of 50% of the
total cost of the stay.
* Cancellations received 1-7 days before the date of arrival will incur a charge of 100% of the
total cost of the stay.
Peak Season bookings will be deemed as non-refundable.
No-show Policy
* No-shows and stays that are cut short will incur a 100% charge on the full room rate for the entire length of stay.
Payment Terms
* 50% Deposit required at the time of booking to confirm the reservation
* Balance 50% to be paid at least 30 days prior to arrival
* Any extra consumption to be paid directly to the hotel prior to departure

Villa Vista has three bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms in the main house, all with views of the sea and private balconies. The master bedroom is cantilevered over the garden with wooden panels offering picturesque views of Weligama Bay, redcliffs and hills, and is complete with stylish teak furniture including a king-sized bed.
Built entirely of bare concrete, local teak and coconut leaves, the interior is an ode to Sri Lankan culture. The various platforms that add to the structure, overlook the private beach that is included in the premise of this scenic property. Guests who seek privacy on vacation must consider Villa Vista as it is exempt from the noise and activity of the neighboring towns.

The pool has a unique sliding deck that allows you to have drinks or meals right on top of the pool facing the bay. The main dining area can seat up to 20. The villa has 3 bedrooms with bathrooms in the main house with sea view and balconies. The master bedroom is cantilevered over the sloping garden and is double height, wood paneled with stunning views to Weligama bay, the red cliffs and the hills. A gym with underwater windows that look into the pool. There is satellite tv in the master bedroom and wifi. There is direct access to a semi private bay within the larger Weligama bay. Massages can be arranged on site. Summer hut located near the cliff edge perfect for barbecue lunches overlooking the bay or to watch the sunset from.
