Wunderbarer Aufenthalt

Unsere Familie verbrachte 2 wunderschöne Wochen in der Frangipani Villa. Besser geht es nicht. Die ganze Mannschaft , angefangen mit Noi unserer Maid, die jeden Morgen uns ein tolles Frühstück zauberte, bis natürlich zur Managerin Sue , die alles möglich machte und immer da war.. Service wie in einem 5Sterne Hotel. Das Haus war super ausgestattet , nichts fehlte Der Strand atemberaubend schön und sehr ruhig. Alles sehr gepflegtSehr zu empfehlen auch für Familien mit kleinen Kindern.

Perfect for a family looking for quality time together away from the hustle and bustle of Koh Samui.

My family spent a fabulous summer vacation at Lotus Terraces in July of 2012. We rented the Gardenia Pool Villa and enjoyed every minute of our stay from the tranquil surroundings, private chef (highly recommended), semi-private beach, infinite swimming pool by the beach, and super friendly staff. Each villa has a private plunge pool right out of the living room. The location is a bit secluded and quite a bit of a drive from the airport, Chaweng Beach, and other "happening" Koh Samui locations. But, therein lies the appeal and charm of Lotus Terraces. However, if you're an adventurous sort, consider either renting a car or keeping a trusted taxi driver's number handy for when those impulses come calling. If you're booking online from the U.S. (possibly other countries too) be aware that 50% of the total bill is due upon booking confirmation and the balance is due 4 weeks prior to arrival. Payment is only via bank transfer (at least that was the case in 2012), which, depending on the amount, could delay the reservation as your US bank or credit union asks you to provide additional information necessary to comply with current US regulations on foreign wire transfers. Also, at the time of our travel Lotus Terraces allowed a refund of 50% of the amount only if canceling the reservation more than 60 days before arrival. Nevertheless, those logistical issues will most certainly be forgotten once you settle into your villa at Lotus Terraces.

Great place - October 2010

It was our second visit to Lotus Terraces and we again truly enjoyed our stay. The villas are beautiful, the staff is great, friendly and very helpful. We love the place off-season for its calm and serenity. If you need a break from the city buzz this place is for you. We definitely hope to return soon.

Complete relaxation

Our stay at Lotus Terraces was a wonderful relaxing holiday. The villa was spacious with our own private pool. The location is not in a main 'tourist' area, which suited us. It is quiet, tranquil and a very calming ambience. Cun Su and her team were wonderful hosts. The sunsets were spectacular. There was options for meals - chef service was fantastic, you could order in from local restaurants or take a 10 min walk down the beach to a great beachside restaurant. Was easy to rent a car and go for day trips.

Great getaway for a family

We have enjoyed our stay in the Heliconia Villa very much. This is a very spacious and fully equipped house with a great living area. Our private pool was large enough for our baby to enjoy swimming, especially since the friendly staff provided additional swimming toys. If there would be anything we would like to see differently we would say there are two things. The house doesn’t have any facilities for audio so we had to do it with the LCD tv and the location requires a car for shopping and going out for dinner, as there is little facilities nearby. But on the other hand, a rental car is essential to fully enjoy the island of Koh Samui.

The Heliconia Pool Villa is part of a small boutique style estate nestled on a long stretch of Bang Por beach, the island's location of choice and home to the new Four Seasons Resort. The beach right in front the resort is very picturesque with stunning views over to Koh Phangan, and offers the perfect setting for those seeking a more sedate holiday away from the hustle and bustle but at the same time, retaining its tropical magic.

Bang Por is a quieter area of Koh Samui while still close to luxury amenities. There are 2-3 good restaurants, 2 convenience stores within 15 minutes walk from the resort. Supermarket and shopping centre is 5 minutes drive by car, and golf course 15 minutes drive

Cancellation Policy

* More than 60 days to arrival: 50% of funds received refundable less bank charges. Balance provided as credit to be used for the same villa within 9 months from cancellation date. No credit provided for peak season.
* 60 31 days t o arrival: No refund. All funds received will be provided as credit to be used for the same villa within 9 months from cancellation date. No credit provided for Peak Season cancellations.
* 30 days or less to arrival. Full rental charge will be forfeited.

* More than 60 days to arrival: 50% of funds received is refundable less bank charges and US$50 admin fee. Balance forfeited.
* 60 days or less to arrival: Full rental will be charged and forfeited.

* A Damage Deposit of USD500 will apply on check-in. Fully refundable on check-out if there will be no claims for loss or damage. Security deposit can be paid in the guest's home currency in equivalent amount or guaranteed with their credit card
