Villa Aqua is part of the Sava Estate, which is located on the sandy shores of the pristine Natai beach in Phang Nga province. Overlooking the unspoilt, picturesque bay, the villa enjoys a secluded setting yet it is within an easy distance of the attractions of Phuket including dining, shopping and nightlife. Natai beach also has a modest choice of restaurants. The villa is perfect for groups or large families who wish to holiday in peace and away from the crowds.

Rates Exclude
* Airport transfer: US$ 55 (plus tax) per trip for a maximum of 7 passengers in private mini bus or luxury car

Cancellation Policy
If the Guest wishes to cancel a confirmed booking, written notice of cancellation must be sent to Management. All cancellation notices received will be acknowledged in writing. It is strongly recommended that the Guest and all members of the Guest's party purchase trip cancellation insurance.
Cancellation of a booking includes but is not limited to:
Cancellation of one or more days of a booking;
An amendment of a booking so that none of the dates of the booking once amended fall within the same dates that originally constituted the booking;
Failure of all Guests to provide the required documentation on arrival (eg. Passports or suitable identification); and
Attempt by the Guest, their party or visitors to hold an event at the Property in breach of these Terms and Conditions or breach of any rules applicable to the Guest’s chosen Property.
In the event that the Guest cancels a confirmed booking, the following cancellation fees will generally apply:
20% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made more than 60 days before the start of the rental period
50% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made between 30 and 60 days before the start of the rental period
100% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made between 1 and 29 days before the start of the rental period.
The applicable amount will be deducted from the deposit and moneys paid, and Management will refund any remaining balance to the Guest.
Payment Terms
When the Guest makes a booking request, the Guest must make the appropriate deposit payment within 5 working days of availability confirmation. If the required deposit payment is not received within the 5 working day period, the villa reserves the right to void the Guest's booking request.
- For rentals beginning more than 75 days after the date of the booking request – a deposit of 20% of the total rental amount is payable.
- For rentals beginning 75 days or less after the date of the booking request – the total rental amount is payable as a deposit.
- Where a 20% deposit applies to the booking, the Guest must pay the remaining 80% balance not less than 75 days before the scheduled arrival date.

* Payments may be made by Telegraphic Transfer to our company bank account or through an online payment gateway with your credit card (visa,master card or Amex).
* If payment by credit card is preferred this will incur a 3.9% admin fee.
Contemporary 3-storey seaview residence
Villa Aqua boasts a multi-floor design that intelligently blends the indoors with the outdoors to give guests the best of tropical living experience. Guests can enjoy spectacular views from the master bedrooms and upper floor lounge. The central attraction of the property is the 18 metre infinity pool complete with a spacious sun deck and an automated awning to create a dining area right by the pool. The residence features 4 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms are master suites that face the sea. The well-appointed rear guest rooms can serve as double or twin bedrooms. They share a bathroom with glass walled rainshower.
One of the upper floor master bedrooms of Villa Aqua opens onto its own expansive, private outdoor terrace while the other features an ensuite bath tub with one way glass for sea views. The spacious ground floor living area includes an office and lounge with TV and satellite connection. A central wood and glass staircase connects to the upper lounge, which slides open on three sides onto the infinity lap pool and sundeck. The villa also has a large terrace which is also ideal for al fresco dining, with a built-in barbecue unit and automated awning for all weather protection.
Villa Aqua has a fully fitted kitchen at the rear section of this floor and a spacious indoor dining area and comfortable, recessed TV den. It has all modern amenities for a comfortable stay including leading edge lighting and entertainment system and a central ipod docking station. The residence is secured with an electronic, key card entry system and has CCTV. The pathway in front of the villa leads directly to the secluded sandy beach. The property is serviced by a maid, a private chef and a villa manager to deal with individual vacation queries and requests.
