Heaven on earth!

We just returned from a stay at Villa Saan. There were 15 family members in our group in Phuket to attend a wedding at the villa next door. This was the most luxurious and fun location we have ever visited. Kudos to the house manager, Kade, and her staff, Chef Toom, Bai, Rin, Noi and Pang. So very friendly, gracious and always smiling, eager to make our stay perfect. You will want to enjoy the chef's Thai specialties. There are many opportunities for activities nearby, but you will have a hard time venturing off the property because you won't want to miss a minute of enjoying this beautiful villa and all it has to offer.

Fabulous villa with the best views

We were a group of 12 staying at Villa Saan and we all had a fabulous time. The villa has an amazing location in Kamala with gorgeous views of the ocean. The bedrooms were well spread apart so there was plenty of privacy even for such a big group. The villa has a beautiful open-sided living room with a dramatic archway (this is the best spot for taking in the views). There’s also an air-conditioned living and dining room, which is always nice in the tropical weather. The best part has got to be the cinema room - wow! Reclining business class seats and a huge screen with Apple TV connections… perfect for a movie night! There’s also a billiard room with a bar next to this room and an outdoor Jacuzzi in the master bedroom. We definitely had a lot of fun at this villa! The villa was impeccably clean and the staff were super helpful in organising day trips and transport in the area. And what a luxury to have your own private chef! The food was so good that we ended up dining in most nights. We loved our stay at Villa Baan and will definitely be back.

Short but wonderful stay

We had a short stay at Villa Saan and I would have loved to stay longer!! The best for me was the view: Located on the cliff of Kamala, we had a view on the Ocean and we arrived just in time for the sunset. It was magnifique :-) But all the rest was also perfect. The staff is very nice, always ready to help. We had one dinner cooked by the in-house Chef. Only 1 word to describe: Delicious! I will, without any doubt, advise this villa :)

Just amazing to have experience in Villa Saan

This is the best villa that i know in Phuket, My friends and I was traveling to try several villas and and this is my favorite villa :) I arrived in the evening from Phuket airport and the staff really welcome, they provide lunch for us which really delicious food, I sleep in master Bedroom in second floor right side with big bathroom and also private jacuzzi , and the next morning they provide a breakfast with really high standard thank you for all you guys will be miss you to stay there again

Nice and Moder Villa

Villa Saaa, this is one of my favorite villas. I love the design and its location that all bedrooms come with seaview. Two things that need to be improved, first the foods and second is the cleanliness.

Villa Saan is an eight bedroom villa located on a spectacular hilltop of the most exclusive private estates along Kamala's exclusive Millionaires Mile in Phuket’s west coast. The Kamala beach is wide, gently sloping, and relatively peaceful year round. The surf is gentle, making it an ideal place for swimming and relaxing. Cancellation Policy

If the Guest wishes to cancel a confirmed booking, written notice of cancellation must be sent to the manager. All cancellation notices received by the manager will be acknowledged in writing. It is strongly recommended that the Guest and all members of the Guest's party purchase trip cancellation insurance.

Cancellation of a booking includes but is not limited to:
* Cancellation of one or more days of a booking.
* An amendment of a booking so that none of the dates of the booking once amended fall within the same dates that originally constituted the booking.
* Failure of all Guests to provide the required documentation on arrival (eg. Passports or suitable identification).
* Attempt by the Guest, their party or visitors to hold an event at the Property in breach of these Terms and Conditions or breach of any rules applicable to the Guest's chosen Property.

In the event that the Guest cancels a confirmed booking, the following cancellation fees will generally apply:
* 20% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made more than 60 days before the start of the rental period.
* 50% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made between 30 and 60 days before the start of the rental period.
* 100% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made between 1 and 29 days before the start of the rental period.

The applicable amount will be deducted from the deposit and moneys paid, and the manager will refund any remaining balance to the Guest.

Please note that these cancellation terms apply for regular booking periods. Special cancellation terms may apply for peak/high seasons and will be stated in the Property description, booking confirmation or reservation voucher. If the information in any of these is inconsistent, the most recently issued terms will prevail.

Payment Terms

When the Guest makes a booking request, the Guest must make the appropriate deposit payment within 5 working days of availability confirmation. If the required deposit payment is not received within the 5 working day period, the villa reserves the right to void the Guest's booking request.

- For rentals beginning more than 75 days after the date of the booking request – a deposit of 20% of the total rental amount is payable.
- For rentals beginning 75 days or less after the date of the booking request – the total rental amount is payable as a deposit.
- Where a 20% deposit applies to the booking, the Guest must pay the remaining 80% balance not less than 75 days before the scheduled arrival date.

Kindly inform upon confirmation of your reservation, which form of payment would be preferred.
* Payments may be made by Telegraphic Transfer to our company bank account or through an online payment gateway with your credit card (visa,master card or Amex).
* If payment by credit card is preferred this will incur a 3.9% admin fee.

The eight bedroom Villa Saan defines luxury living in Phuket's most desirable address. Offering dramatic views of the Andaman Sea, the villa pairs innovative and stylish design with comfort, privacy and an indulgent living experience. The property boasts of countless vantage points for enjoying the stunning views and indoor and outdoor areas for relaxing including the 20m long infinity edge swimming pool, a private spa room and movie theatre. It is serviced by well-trained live-in staff for round-the-clock comfort. A car and driver can also be arranged for the duration of the stay.

Villa Saan can comfortably sleep 16 people in its 8 ensuite bedrooms. 3 king-bedded suites; 1 queen-bedded room; 4 rooms with twin beds convertible to king-sized beds. Arranged over four levels, all bedrooms are air-conditioned and open on to unobstructed ocean views and private glass-fronted balconies. The master bedroom is located on the upper floor and features a sparkling Jacuzzi and a private furnished terrace overlooking the main pool.

While the bedrooms afford privacy and space, the cool 19-metre infinity-edge pool and the state-of-the-art home cinema offer the perfect options to relax and unwind in the company of family or friends. While in the villa, spend time in the well-equipped gym or enjoy a pampering experience in the luxurious spa; or laze by the pool, sip sunset cocktails or enjoy fresh seafood barbecue. Outdoors, head out for a round of golf, explore Phuket’s many exciting attractions, or charter a boat and go island hopping.
