Villa Summer Estate is a newly built modern and luxurious house on absolute and unspoiled beachfront. On Natai Beach, in Phuket-Phang Nga, Thailand. It is an easy 25 minute drive north from Phuket International Airport, and 10-15 minutes north of Blue Canyon Golf Country Club and five-star resorts: Anantara, Renaissance, Sala Phuket.

Cancellation Policy
* No refunds shall be made on payments received. In the event of cancellation after payment has been made, the management will approach the Villa Owner and endeavor to obtain a credit for a future stay in the villa booked. If the Villa Owner is in agreement, management will issue a statement of account in confirmation.
* It is recommend clients take out Travel Insurance to protect against a medical emergency or certain other unforeseen circumstances which preclude the client from traveling.
Payment Terms
* A deposit of 50% of the total rental amount must be paid within 4 days of accepting the Booking Contract.
* The remaining balance is due eight(8) weeks before the rental period. A security deposit may be payable with the payment of the balance. This is to cover the cost of any damage or breakage's during the rental period of the property or their contents. It may also be used to cover the cost of the use of telephones, extra cleaning (if required) and other services. It is usually returned within 2 weeks of departure from the property, less any unpaid expenses. Cost of refunding the security deposit will be deducted from the security deposit.
* If booking within eight(8) weeks of the rental date, the entire contract price shall be paid within 4 days of accepting the Booking Contract.
* If any payment is not made within the specified times, the management may treat the contract as cancelled.
Modern luxurious beachfront villa with a big garden
Welcome to this modern, luxury beachfront villa located on Natai Beach in Phuket-Phang Nga only 25 minutes from Phuket International Airport. This stunning four bedroom residence is set over two levels offering fabulous beachfront living with contemporary minimalist styling. The open plan living on the lower level opens out to the inviting swimming pool and spacious grounds with fabulous outdoor seating and perfect sea views.
On the upper level, the four stylish bedrooms all face beachfront where they enjoy their own balconies and elevated ocean views. Each has TV and DVD players, private ensuites and the master bedroom also comes with a walk-in closet, open shower, jacuzzi bathtub and Apple TV. Three of the bedrooms have King size beds and one has two twin singles.
The fully equipped modern kitchen comes complete with Miele appliances as well as gas hobs and a convection oven. A granite-topped kitchen island connects to a height adjustable table and there is a variety of cookware available along with an Illy Espresso Coffee machine, waffle maker and Bodum blender. A separate Thai kitchen is situated out by the servant’s quarters along with laundry machines.
The well-equipped gym comes with a Life Fitness treadmill and bike, weights and bench and specially designed flooring by Bolon of Sweden with the pattern by Missoni of Italy. The very comfortable Media ‘Blue Room’ has a 42” Samsung TV, DVD player, UBC cable programming and Apple TV. There is LAN and Wifi throughout the house and also by the pool and outdoor Sala - daybed area with VOIP phone connectivity allowing for low cost overseas calls. Table tennis is available at the sheltered house front.
