Cancellation Policy
1. If it becomes necessary to cancel all or any part of the booking, we mustbe notified in writing (email acceptable). The cancellation will take effect from the day the written confirmation is received. The following cancellation charges will be payable:
1.1 More than 30 days before arrival: The deposit will be forfeited. A full or partial refund is solely applicable if we secure a reservation fully or partially covering the initial booking
1.2 Less than 30 days before arrival date: all rental payments (100%) are forfeited. A full or partial refund is solely applicable if we secure a reservation fully or partially covering the initial booking
2. If the dates of the booking need to be changed or amended, this may be treated as a cancellation of the original booking and cancellation charges may apply
3. Any change to the original reservation is subject to approval.
Payment Terms
Deposit Payment
* To guarantee this booking in the first instance, you will be required to pay a deposit equivalent to 30% of the full payment to book the villa and it is non-refundable.
Balance payment
* Full balance is due at least 30 days prior to arrival
Last minute reservation
* In case of reservation within 30 days of arrival, full payment may be requested at once before the arrival date
Kindly inform upon confirmation of your reservation, which form of payment would be preferred.
* Payments may be made by Telegraphic Transfer to our company bank account or through an online payment gateway with your credit card (visa or master card).
* If payment by credit card is preferred this will incur a 3.9% admin fee.
Cozy villa located on the hills of Samui
Villa Asia is a modern white villa built on the luscious tropical hills of Koh Samui island in Bang Por. The villa is decorated with vibrant modern furniture and lined by full-wall windows, allowing for a magnificent sense of space and light.
Living Room
Villa Asia’s living room sits on the villa’s middle level, overlooking the pool. The room is lined with glass doors which can be fully closed when you want to cool off with the AC on. The living room is furnished with a generous sofa and two armchairs facing a wall-mounted 55-inch TV.
Dining Room
Villa Asia’s dining table sits at the other end of the living room, surrounded by colourful chairs and looking out into the pool and the ocean beyond. To the back of the room you’ll find the villa’s fully equipped kitchen.
Garden & Pool
Villa Asia features a beautiful 14-metre infinity pool which looks out into the Andaman Sea. The poolside terrace features sun loungers and an outdoor dining area.
