Villa Yang Som is located at about 20 minutes drive from Phuket International Airport and two minutes from Surin Beach. It sits on a country road past two villages bustling with joyous activities and open fields. The villa is built on a hill facing the Amanpuri headland which segregates Surin Bay from the Bay of Bang Tao to its northern side. The residence enjoys a secluded setting but is within easy reach of the best of what Phuket has to offer.

Cancellation Policy
* If the manager cancels the reservation 45 days or more prior to arrival date, all payments are forfeited but
credited for 9 months from the date of the cancellation confirmation by the manager. The credit value can be
used by the villa manager or anyone on his or her behalf for any reservation, during any period upon availability and
solely for the villa initially reserved.
* If the manager cancels the reservation within 45 days prior to arrival date, all rental payments are forfeited
* The above cancellation charges also apply if the manager cancels the booking due to non-payment of the
balance
Payment Terms
Deposit Payment
* Booking this villa less than 6 months prior to arrival you will be required to pay a deposit equivalent to 50% of the full payment to book the villa within 5 calendar days and it is non-refundable.
* Booking the villa more than six months advance prior to the arrival date, a non-refundable deposit of at least
25% of the total amount is due within 5 calendar days upon booking and another 25% is due 6 months prior to
the expected arrival date.
Balance payment
* Full balance is due at least 45 days prior to arrival
Last minute reservation
* In case of reservation within 30 days of arrival, full payment may be requested at once before the arrival date

* Payments may be made by Telegraphic Transfer to our company bank account or through an online payment gateway with your credit card (visa or master card).
* If payment by credit card is preferred this will incur an admin fee.
Tropical living on a truly magnificent scale
Villa Yang Som hosts an exquisite combination of Thai style pavilions, open terraces, balconies which together create a free flowing melody of peace and tranquility. The villa is built with teak and is decorated with beautiful artworks. There is an all-pervasive sense of unity with nature, both indoors or outdoors. The villa is situated on a lush green hill and overlooks the majestic views of Phuket Island and Andaman Sea. A panoramic elevator takes you to the main reception area which is marked by an abundant use of teak and spacious water features. This floor can double up as a games room and also as the fifth bedroom with ensuite bathroom.
This floor of Villa Yang Som also features a Thai style kitchen and laundry room. The elevator takes you to another open area that can seat up to forty guests. This area has a long bar which can cater to private parties and events. A raised gallery in this area leads to the second elevator and Master Suite 4. A large staircase goes up to the living floor featuring an 18 meter infinity pool and a Jacuzzi. The main entertainment floor provides for an open living and dining space over the superb stone terraces and an infinity pool that offers spectacular views under an al fresco dining sala protecting the guests from the noon time sun. The sun decks flanking the sala on both its sides offer space for basking in the warm sun. The living and the dining room behind the deck has a large furnished kitchen that overlooks a spacious informal breakfast lounge. There is also a bar on the deck from the other side of the sala complete with a service station.
The master suite 3, located on the other side of this floor, has a study, a balcony and a swimming pool adjoining it. The sixth floor of the Villa Yang Som is accessible by an elevator from the gallery on the fourth floors. The main master suite is situated next to the half-moon sala and has a spacious study and a private deck with Jacuzzi. The double sliding doors open up to a panoramic deck offering infinite views of the area. On the other side of this floor is the second master suite, also with its own Jacuzzi and study and commanding views. The villa is known its relaxing and fun-filled personalized services. It provides everything the guests look for during a luxury getaway.
