Cancellation Policy
The following cancellation charges will be applicable depending on when the notification of the cancellation is received in writing:
30 days or more before arrival date:
* Deposit forfeited - but credited for 9 months from the date of the cancellation confirmation by the management company. The credit can be used by the client or anyone on their behalf for a reservation for the same villa and during any period.
Within 30 days of arrival date:
* All rental payments are forfeited.
* The above cancellation charges also apply if the management company cancels the booking due to non-payment of the balance. If the dates of the booking require to be changed or amended, this may be treated as a cancellation of the original booking and cancellation charges may apply.
* Any change to the original reservation is subject to the approval of the management company.
* Early departure penalty will be subject to negotiation with the management company.
Payment Terms
Deposit Payment
* To guarantee this booking in the first instance, you will be required to pay a deposit equivalent to 50% of the full payment to book the villa and it is non-refundable.
Balance payment
* Full balance is due at least 30 days prior to arrival
Last minute reservation
* In case of reservation within 30 days of arrival, full payment may be requested at once before the arrival date
Kindly inform upon confirmation of your reservation, which form of payment would be preferred.
* Payments may be made by Telegraphic Transfer to our company bank account or through an online payment gateway with your credit card (visa or master card).
* If payment by credit card is preferred this will incur a 3.9% admin fee.
Please note: A US$2000 refundable damage deposit is required for non-event bookings. This will be valid for any new booking and will be invoiced 2 weeks prior to guest arrival (via PayPal). This will be refunded, less any documented damages, within 3 days or check out.

Set in the hills of the exclusive Cape Amarin Estate in Kamala, Phuket with a sprawling backdrop of the sea, the luxury 4 - bedroom Solaris Villa is bound to impress. All of the four bedrooms within the villa offer ensuite bathrooms and panoramic ocean views. The villa is made for entertaining, with 3 swimming pools, a home cinema, a private gym and a BBQ area, as well as numerous spots found within this large villa that is perfect just to sit and relax with a drink or curl up with a good book. Wrapped around the upper pool of the main living pavilion is an expansive open - plan living area that is connected to a large deck area overlooking the remainder of the villa , and the first of three swimming pools.
Floor - to - ceiling windows make the space both light and airy and offer unimpeded wrap - around views from the lounge and dining areas. Adjoining the dining room is a modern and fully equipped kitchen. Access the elevator or walk down stairs to reach the other
levels of the complex.
Connected by a sky-bridge, in the southwest corner of the estate we find the first master-bedroom in its own pavilion surrounded on two sides with the second and the infinity-edged swimming pool. Its ensuite bathroom fronts on an enclosed private garden.
The central pavilion contains a private gym, a massage room along with a bedroom possessing a spectacular birds-eye view of the sea below and the third and fourth bedrooms.
Below this is the second master - bedroom, with the third swimming pool that is adjacent to a BBQ area.
Between the three main pavilions, the villa grounds are resplendent with mature tropical gardens and pathways which meander through the expansive property.
